Answer:	I'm 6'1" with a larger than average head and when I put these on, they feel fine at first. But after an extended time wearing them (say, 20 or 30 minutes), they really hurt the top of my head and my ears (I wear glasses, so the sidepieces get smashed into my skin), so I have to take them off. I do not recommend to people with larger than average heads

Answer:	Not very specific as a question, but I think what you're wondering is how it works. I use it with a ps4 right now, but I'd imagine all systems work about the same. Basically it comes with a plug and cable for charging the battery and a separate dongle to connect over wifi. You plug that dongle (remove the device's backplate and its a little dongle snapped in a holder) into your system and then turn the device on. When you want to charge it, you plug it into a usb port connected to the cable and let it charge. Plugging the USB cable to charge will not bridge a connection to use the device, but plugging the little wifi dongle in should connect it automatically.

Answer:	Did the computer day it was installing new software or that it was ready to be used if not you may want to check the battery in both the keyboard and mouse

Question:	Several times i see contact our "service team" yet i so no link or contact info. i purchased 2 kits and have 1 bad keyboard. what do i do
Answer:	I .had to return the first set I bought because there was no usb port thing in the box I just went to the page with my sniping into and clicked on contact seller and they replaced it right away
