Answer:	I have this device, it works great but usually it have poor signal range. That is why it blinks yellow for reconnecting or when the battery is low.

Answer:	Hello there,To be honest, the Rii uses an RF (Radio Frequency) signal. That means, that a wooden cabinet might allow the signals to pass through. Keep in mind, that certain hardwoods might provide be less accomodating. But the amont of interference will depend on how encased the Nvidia Shield is. If there is only a wooden panel on one or even on two or three sides, the signals likely will still arrive unhindered. Hope this answers your question. Cheers.
Question:	mine came without a manual does any one know how to get one l have tried everything no luck
Answer:	Mine didn't come with a manual either. Confusing at first but I plugged it into my laptop, opened up MS Word and played with it and it was easy to figure out the keys. Like V+ increases volume, V- decreases volume, etc. Pretty much mimics a normal keyboard in a Win button, etc... Pretty cool!

Answer:	The only device I tried this on that it worked flawlessly on was my android phone the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. PS3: NO and PS4: LIMITED (No trackpad functionality).

Answer:	You can use this for the PS4, however, only the keyboard will work according to Fosman support the trackpad is not recognized by the PS4 and can only use the keyboard. It may work for some I guess, but according to the email interaction with Fosman support, the trackpad does not work with the PS4 only the keyboard. As a side note, also according to Fosman, the keyboard is not designed to work with the PS3 AT ALL so you should not buy it for that purpose as it is not designed to work with the PS3 according to support.
Question:	Will this work with the Fire Stick
Answer:	This Keyboard Does work with any model Fire Stick / TV I have the first Gen TV and firestick as well as a second Gen Fire Stick. At first the device wouldn't connect to my fireTV, but after reading some forums I noted the old IT saying... "have you tried turning it off and on again" I then proceeded to Unplug my firetv from the wall (or device, doesn't matter) then plugged it back in and proceeded to go back into the settings and was immedietly greeted with "input device" I clicked it, the name corrected to "Keyboard" and it proceeded to work. I hope this helps someone else having trouble connecting to there fireTV. The FireStick's had no issue for some reason, but that's how I was able to connect it. Cheers!

Answer:	It will fit BUT there is a covering over the touch ID button which nullifies this important feature of the 2020 Ipad Air. I made the mistake of ordering this one before I realized that there is a specific version of the Folio Touch for the Ipad Air 4. It is not currently sold by Amazon however so you'll need to order it from Apple or Logitech like I did.

Answer:	I'm not sure as I don't use those "non function" keys. Keep in mind, to use the traditional function key you have to hold the activate function key at the bottom left corner. If you don't, you can be in the middle of a game, for example, and suddenly activate a media player. It's mapped in reverse to the traditional keyboard. I'll try to test it tonight.
