Answer:	Try any port that's not USB 3. I had this same issue with another keyboard, from what I've found on the web something with the USB 3 standard generates interference at the same 2.4 ghz frequency as the keyboard transmitter.

Answer:	It's so noisy if I forgot to mute during a zoom meeting (attendees complaining), that I was forced to find another option. The Logitech Ergo K860 Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard worked out GREAT.
Question:	can it be used with a Mac
Answer:	It can be USED with a Mac but none of the keys can be customized like you can on Windows. The best you can do is switch the Windows key and the command key but it's not obvious how. You have to go into the normal keyboard set up (not the LCC) and pick unifying device from the dropdown then switch the keys. BE SURE TO GO BACK TO ALL SYSTEM PREFERENCES AND QUIT BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE IN THE PREFERENCES PANEL. If you don't system preferences will crash and the system will become unstable. I actually had my Mac shutdown when I went to the LCC and turned the keyboard on to pair it.

Answer:	I purchased mine directly from Logitech, before it was posted on Amazon, but I received the normal keys, without all the extra symbols (same as the customer posted images).

Answer:	This from Bananas' review dated Sept 6, 2019. Hope it gives you a better idea of what to expect. FEATURES: I absolutely LOVE the backlighting. Logitech nailed this on the head. The backlight is a nice color, there's a variety of brightness options to choose from, and light bleed is kept to a minimum. The light turns off after about 5 seconds of inactivity, but you don't have to start typing again for the light to come on. You can move the mouse, or even just hover your hands above the keyboard, and the backlight will be on before you can even start typing. This implementation alone makes this keyboard worth its price. The keyboard also has a USB C port (cable is included) which makes charging a breeze.

Answer:	It has a softer feel to the keyboard than the mechanical type keyboard. You have to push the keys down a little harder to make sure you have the correct keystroke.

Answer:	The keyboard was horrible right out of the box. The keys stick because of poor construction. The keys are on a plastic shaft that fits into a hole. The plastic on the key shaft would rub against the plastic in the hole. The friction caused the stickiness. These keys were not made to move up and down smoothly. I would guess that all of the keyboards of this model will have the same problem. It's a manufacturing defect.

Answer:	The keys are normal size, it is the keytop lettering that is large and easy to read. But I also find that I like the shape of the keytops and the key action. It is easy to feel the gaps between the keys because of the sloped sides. I'm 68 so I'm just a pup compared to you but I find this keyboard much easier to use with fewer mistakes because the keys are relatively light to the touch but solid feeling and have no wobble to them, unlike some Logitech and Microsoft keyboards I have owned. They provide good tactile feedback and are easily superior to most of the competition at this price point. I bought 2 of these and use them both on a daily basis 8 or more hours (I'm still working!) each day. At this price point I don't think you can find a better keyboard.
Question:	Are the letters on the keys visible and clear if you turn off the backlit of the keyboard
Answer:	You cannot turn off the keyboard light, only change the lighted colors of the keys themselves from either blue to red, or from red to purple. So you have three color choices of what color you'd like your keys to be, but you cannot turn off the keyboard light itself. The keys always remain lit while you're using your computer, then it turns off when you shut down.

Answer:	Taking a speed typing course? I don't really know how to respond to this question, I'm sorry but maybe I'm just not understanding what you mean by "How can I make keyboard go faster//??? I find that it types as fast as i can make it go and i type about 70 words per minute. If I can help further please just restate your needs and I'll made an attempt to answer it as best I can.

Answer:	It does work on a Mac, but be aware that it is a windows keyboard so is missing some of the Mac-specific keys line Function and Command (the windows key works in place of command, though)

Answer:	The keyboard cord is too short. I had to use a USB extension. Glad Lotitech saved 5¢.
