Answer:	My number lock does not work at all. I'm going to return it.

Answer:	I don't know what you mean by "tilt the aio to look awkward"... the block of the AIO needs to sit flush against the CPU. If you're using all four RAM slots and your RAM has a thick heat spreader the hoses coming off the block might be a little snug but it should fit. I'm using a MasterLiquid ML360R and it fits just fine.

Answer:	The only reason I can say that the light blinks read is because the battery maybe going dead. The only time I get a red light is when I turn my keyboard on. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I tried this out with my old Logitech wireless mouse, and it worked. The Logitech mouse didn't work with just the Jelly Comb USB thingy connected, so I had to plug the Logitech's USB thingy into another USB port (I left the Jelly Comb USB thingy connected as well). When I did this, either mouse could be used, and the Logitech mouse worked if I turned off the Jelly Comb mouse. And the Jelly Comb keyboard continued to work. No guarantee that this would work with every other kind of wireless mouse, but it worked fine for my Logitech.

Question:	Does it work with surface go 2 tablet? the description says it works with surface
Answer:	I use a PC but I don't see why not as long as there is a USB port for the keyboard. It requires a small device to be plugged in. Both connected instantly and I've used it on two computers with no issue.
Question:	If needed, can the rechargeable battery be replaced
Answer:	Not that I am aware of.
Question:	What is the difference between this model (hw193) and the other arteck one (hw192)? there is a small $ difference but any functionality differences
Answer:	It does! I synced it with my old iMac early and late 2009 desktop. If that works for me, it should work for every Mac. I also have a 2017 MacBook Air but I haven’t used it for my laptop.
Question:	Is there a laptop-sleep button on the function keys? what do f9 and f10 do? what do the 2 buttons in the top right of the number pad do
Answer:	I don't have an answer for that. I have a tiny charger next to my computer where I plug the mouse as well as the keyboard into each night.

Question:	Does it work with Apple or Mac computer
Answer:	It works but it's not designed for mac. It has no option key or command key and it does not recognize four finger gestures.
Question:	Do all fuction of the keyboard work with samsun smart tv alone without having computer connected to pc
Answer:	The keyboard works with a Samsung tv. You don’t need a computer.
Question:	Are the keys on this keyboard back-lit? Sometimes I like to stream in the dark and can't see the keys to type on the screen
Answer:	No. They are not lit.
Question:	Is there a manual for this keyboard? The mouse pad now only works if the fn key is held
Answer:	There was a very short set of instructions in the package. If you contact the seller, they might have a more detailed manual. However, if you hold the function key down and hit the space bar, it will toggle the touchpad on and off. Try that and see if it resolves your problem.

Answer:	if the receiver isn't in the computer there isn't a place to put it in either the mouse or the keyboard. It came separate in the box
