Answer:	Unlike one guy who had his full blast for tail-gating & it shut down after 3 hours, I've had mine full volume for 4+ hours while I was working in my garden one day & still had 20% battery left. I've also used my Megaboom 3 at lower volumes for over 6 hours & still had reserve battery left. Perhaps some of this depends on luck as to how well your battery was made as well as how & when you recharge it???

Answer:	Yes the EX8000 used as a wifi extender you have the option of having a guest network. You can use same SSID name as your main router or use a different SSID altogether. I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.

Answer:	I would not say that the pliers "retract", but like any multi-tool, the two sides (where the extra tools are in the handles) fold back over the pliers to hide them. It is an excellent tool. I purchased it and the Real Avid AR15 multi tool. The Real Avid does not have the pliers, but has more tools specific to the AR15 platform. Both very sturdy and well-made tools.

Answer:	I use the Leatherman 300 supertool and its probably the best leatherman I've used over the years. This MUT is really heavy and aimed towards those with an AR. As others noted, be careful as an electrician.. I only use insulated tools but understand that there's much more to being an electrician than working with live current.

Answer:	If you have experienced a lighting strike, the MOVs (metal oxide varistors) that dissipate the energy have been stressed. They may not handle the next strike very well and damage the important equipment you plug into this. It is best to purchase a new one so that it will work properly for the next lighting strike. If this is a common occurrence at your home, you should look into lighting arrestors and better ground for your electrical connection to the power grid. I would not trust the protection light (Green) if you are smelling any sort of burnt wire smell. The likelihood of a fire hazard is increased - if wire insulation has melted due to heat from the lighting strike. If I remember correctly, MOVs usually fail to an open state but I would not bet on it without testing. It is cheap insurance to throw this out and replace it with new.

Answer:	You can certainly plug a power strip into this device, and in fact I recommend to plug a surge protection power strip into this device for more than one stage of protection (see my review I posted with pictures). Anything you would normally plug into a wall outlet can be plugged into this Bellkin device: just don't exceed the wall outlet's limit (typically a 15 amp max).

Answer:	Hi David, unlike your house I do have 3 pronged outlets. I know you could get the juice to flow by uasing a 2 into 3 prong converter (mostly gray in color) and are cheap to purchase....BUT I AM NOT sure about the surge protection working, I would call Belkin....

Answer:	No. The one I have has a protected light and a grounded light but no reset button.

Answer:	Yes, the packaging says, "RFI Noise Filtration 150kHz-100MHz up to 43 dB Reduction. The one I got was the Belkin Surgecube and it says it is a Surge Protector. It has two lights that say, "Protected" and "Grounded", there is no reset button. I'm using it to protect TVs that are wall mounted.

The highly flexible insulation within DuraTek minimizes friction, allowing the cable to bend easily and the wires within to move without damage.

Strain Relief

The strain relief—where the cable joins the connector head—is longer than that found on other cables. Made from flexible TPE, this added length and flexibility helps to absorb stress and reinforce the juncture between the cable and the connector head to prevent separation.
