Answer:	No, they don’t expire, but like any wipe they will eventually dry out. Each individual pouch feels durable, so they should last a long time in the sealed pouch if you keep it away from sources of heat.

Answer:	They're designed for one-time use but I usually put it back in the packet and use it several times because although they keep my glasses from fogging, they don't keep them from getting wet. I dry the glasses with a tissue and then wipe with the OptiPlus wipe. If I'm spending time outside, I have to repeat this every half hour or so but it's so much better than without the wipe.
