Answer:	Feather & down compress a lot. The down is fluffier but it compresses. You can buy bags of down on the Internet or request a little extra when ordering may work. My pillows are plenty full.

Answer:	It is a mix of feather and down. I believe they are in multiple compartments so as not shift all the feather and down to any side. I been very happy with this pillow and sleep with no problem. Much better than the MyPillow it replaced.

Answer:	Being a natural fiber I do not think is is possible to keep all feathers out completely. This is a firm high loft pillow that I feel is great for side sleepers. You still have to puff it to your liking but better than any prior down or down and feather pillow I have owned.

Answer:	I'd say it's about 4 - 5 inches thick. The Medium firmness was perfect for me. As a new pillow it took about a week for me to break it in.

Answer:	The pillow tapers to the edge, it's like 1 inch. This pillow retains its shape and the only place that deforms is the place where you put your head, unlike feather pillows where the fill flows to other parts like liquid. I had problems with neck pain all my life and have since disappeared ever since I used this pillow. That's the only thing I can saw about neck support. I use 2 of them stacked on top of one another and I put my hand in between and it feels great. One tip though to make the most out of this pillow is to purchase pure silk pillow case (like 25 to 30 momme). Also, don't forget to buy pillow protector to encase this pillow with. It makes a huge difference.
