Answer:	It depends on your optometrist. When I bought my Ferrari Carbon Blades from Oakley everywhere I went said they cannot help. Then I got referred to a popular place in the heart of the city, a quick phone call to Oakley headquarters and they gave me the yes I was hoping they did. So the question you need to ask your optometrist is if they can cut prescription lenses (your prescription) for this style. If yes then you can by the non prescription frames and have your optometrist replace them with the prescription lenses.

Answer:	Soft cloth bag with cinch. No hard case. I think a hard case is a purchase option.
