Light travels differently in water, and water itself acts as a magnifier (notice how fish in a tank looks larger than it actually is). My regular glasses prescription is -2.25, and -2.0 goggles were perfect. But, as always with any medical issue, please contact your doctor for advice and the exact prescription.
