Answer:	I had the same problem using my MacBook Pro and separate Bose speaker. I solved this by turning off the Bose speaker and using lightweight sports headphones wired into my MacBook Pro during video conferences. Not an ideal solution but it's working OK for me. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	I believe the Q2F-00013 is the latest manufacturing run of the product with different (usually less expensive, and sometimes better, sometimes worse performance) components hence the new model number. The business version (same product in a cheaper package without case and lens cap) is 5WH-00002, and the consumer version is Q2F-00001. I would ask Beach Audio to clarify. Note that Beach Audio does list all three different models of this webcam on the site, with the Q2F-00001 as the most expensive at $80.08, the Q2F-00013 at $78.78 and the 5WH-00002 at $75.39.

Question:	Will the brio work with a macbook? i heard there were a few issues working on macs
Answer:	There are only two ports for the extension microphones, and if you plug them in the Mic on the central unit goes off so those extensions are your only mics. The cable looks a little like ps/2 mouse, you could probably find an extension as long as it's not too long.
Question:	Does this webcam "swivel" side to side? Or is it "fixed" in place only looking forward
Answer:	The Logitech Group is the new version of the CC3000e. They are very similar. The Group has been updated a little. You can not buy the CC3000e new for Logitech any longer. It has been replaced by the Group unit.
Question:	What are the bandwidth requirements for the logitech brio 4k ultra hd webcam

Question:	Does anyone know if we can have more than one Brio hooked up to the same PC at the same time
Answer:	Same problem. We end up unplugging and plugging every time. Pain.
