Answer:	Try turning the actual camera lens (the round camera part)...it does turn and allow for fixing the focus

Answer:	Same thing happened to me. Windows 10 Pro on a ThinkPad T490s. Worked for about 2 minutes with skype. Then it wasn't recognized at all as a video input device after that. Tried recycling laptop, different USB ports, searching for new hardware in device manager, all typical hardware and driver related troubleshooting. Still doesn't work. I'd return but have thrown out packaging.
