FAQ 1: Why is the screen blurry and there is no 1080P effect?

A: It depends on your software supports. Some social or conference software, the default setting is 480P or 720P, so it will result in a poor webcam experience, you can set the resolution of the corresponding software. It is possible that the screen resolution of the computer itself is causing a poor overall webcam resolution experience: right-click on a blank space on the desktop of the computer and select "Screen Resolution".

Answer:	Absolutely, there is a ways you can control on your own the audio & video. From Microsoft Teams, you have to go to your settings> General>. Find the DELEGATION section and choose MANAGE DELEGATES. That way you can change your default mic, speaker, or camera. Under Audio devices, pick the speaker and mic you want Teams to use by default. Under Camera, select the camera you want Teams to use, and see a preview of that camera's video. If you have multiple certified devices connected to your computer, you can set one as your secondary ringer, which means it'll ring when a call comes in. Answer incoming calls on any device—not just the ones that ring.

I'd return but have thrown out packaging.
