Question:	How long is the cord
Answer:	I did not measure, but the cord appears to be approx. 3-4' long. It would definitely be nice if it was longer. It barely reaches from my computer tower to under my monitor (but i have a big desk).My recommendation is to buy a cheap usb entension cable from amazon or ebay.

Its not listed in my sound options as a general or communication device or show in my various Softphone related applications. It does show in my devices and printers list as a headset, but that is the only place it shows up.From what i have read it may need the Jabra Link 360 to work as a BT device on a PC? If you were able to set it up on your PC without this device can you provide more details if you had to do anything special?

Answer:	I have both versions, as far as compatibility with WebEx on USB connection - both the MS and UC versions seem to work identically. They both synchronize the mute button / LED lights on the unit with the mute icon in WebEx. They were also able to be paired to each other (one 710UC and one 710MS) for stereo conferencing / across the room from each other.

Answer:	The Epson ET 4550 original refill ink set with the numbers 664 (Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow) will work just fine. The black 774 bottle has more ink than the smaller 664 black and will fill the ET 4450 tank to the maximum tank capacity. I do not know if the other ET printers have the larger black ink tanks.

Answer:	As of April 6, 2020 I've had my ET-4550 since June of 2017 and I am still using the ink that came with the printer. All four of my tanks are at about 60% and below is a summary of my printing in the 3 years I've owned the printer from my printer status web page. Printing Information Total Number of Pages : 8238 Total Number of B&W Pages :4324 Total Number of Color Pages :3914 I'm super pleased with how long the ink lasts. Occasionally it requires a print head cleaning when the quality gets bad but not having to constantly buy ink is worth this one negative.

How can I do when the microphone cannot be used?

Few ways for troubleshooting:

• A. You need to disable the computer's onboard mic by accessing your sound devices in the hardware section of the control panel. And choose the mic (JV-801)
• B. Check whether the "mic mute" of the online control is open or not. When the "mic mute" is open, the light will turn to red.

Answer:	To avoid the interruption from other devices while making a call, the PowerConf do not enable the funcationality of connecting two or more devices at the same time.
Question:	How many separate callers can be connected? ie. Jabra 710 Allows you to connect up to 6 callers or daisy chain for 12. What is the capacity for this
Answer:	The Jabra 710 doesn’t “conference” callers together. The 6/12 callers they are referring to are all in the same room. A single Jabra 710 can be used by up to 6 people in the room, pairing a second Jabra 710 allows up to 12. Quoting from the Anker product description 360° Voice Pickup: 6 built-in microphones offer full 360° coverage in huddle rooms for up to 8 people. There is no mention of being able to pair multiple Anker speakers together to allow more people to talk in the same room.
Question:	Will it pair with two bluetooth devices (computer and a phone) at the same time
Answer:	I think multipoint only works when you connect to the computer with the usb-c cable and your phone with bluetooth. I'd have loved to connect to both PC and phone via bluetooth, but it didn't let me.

Question:	Does this unit mute itself after 30 minutes while on a call? I had purchased the M1 and it did this
Answer:	My unit stops working after 30 minutes ... like another comment... I would like a solution to this. It occurs during a company televideo conference and it turns off at 30 minutes. There are no pauses or lack of voice and noise to have it think it should turn off. Answer:	I have used it in rooms with 20 people in an open circle seating and it's picked up fine. It's an Omni pic up so if you out it in the center it will pick up from all directions.
Question:	How does it handle feedback? Specifically does it pick up when peoples voices are coming out of your computer speakers
Answer:	I haven't had that issue, I have tried this in a few different set ups. The cord is long enough that you can place it away from speakers. But even at my desk, without moving anything else, this has worked fine.
Question:	Has anyone tested this mic on Linux
Answer:	Works great-- plugs and plays (I'm using Xubuntu 20.04). Just works. Sound quality is *excellent*. I've had less success on Raspberry PI-- it was scratchy; but I suspect (given the success on Linux) that's due to the PI being under powered. Have also had problems getting it working with Zoom on the PI (works *great* with Zoom on Ubuntu)-- but, again, I suspect that's a Zoom issue, not a mic issue.
