Answer:	I have used mine for sometime now and so far it seems to measure just about anything you try, so I believe it would be able to read a burst of air from an air gun.

Answer:	It measures pressure altitude, not density altitude. There is a slight difference. Pressure altitude is based on pressure and temperature. Density altitude is a function of pressure, temperature and humidity.

Answer:	feet, it is all metric or all standard measurements.
Question:	How accurate is it? How happy are you with it after using it for a while
Answer:	Used it for an ocean navigational training expedition back in May 2014. Determined the anemometer, thermometer, etc. were accurate. But what we didn't do is try it 6 times a day in snow and rain for a month, drop it on deck, and shove it in a wet pocket between times. So I don't have positive data as to its ruggedness.

Answer:	ow I had the chance to measure the watch: the face is 45 mm diameter at the top, and 50 mm at the base. The watch is 15 mm thick. So my first response was a bit incorrect, the watch is not quite as big a I thougtht.

Answer:	I am a maritime pilot and I have used it on board a vessel. It's function is good and reliable at sea. But I am notsure its fuction if you use it in the mountain for hunting because there is no obstruction at sea whereas many obstruction in the mountain. Its transmitting output is 3 watt. I think the scope of this portable radio is about 10 miles.
