Question: | Will this work on a 2008 gmc yukon xl denali with navigation |
Answer: | It works with P515 |
Question: | Can this replace the XM input for audio streaming. But still utilize built in bluetooth system for calls |
Answer: | The USB cable to connect from DGX660 USB port (on back) to the UD-BT01 is included. No AC adapter is included. To power the UD-BT01, you just plug in to any AC USB adapter. I am using some left over Apple iPhone USB chargers, and they work fine. The unit plugs directly in to the USB port of the charger, and draws only 170mW (or less than 0.04A at 5V). So, if you have any leftover USB charges from old phones, any of them should work fine. |

Answer: | This item alone will not allow you to play your MP3 thru your car's factory stereo. These cables only provide the port to plug your MP3 into. An auxilary input device is needed to connect between your car's factory stereo and these cables to make your MP3 work thru your car's stereo. |

Question: | Does this device have a USB port thru which you may charge your phone/device |

Question: | Does this kit come with the lower pocket |

Question: | Can you still use the storage compartment that is below this with the door or do you need to replace it with the metra one that doesnt have the door |
Answer: | If you need storage space replace it.. but I didn't so I cut the back half of my factory box so it would fit because I like the factory look |
Question: | Anyone has this kit longer than 30 days? does it still work? i'm trying to upgrade my honda accord 2004, single climate control , will it works |
Answer: | I've had this for quite a while now (maybe 6-8 months??) and it still works great. HVAC works great. You could even buy an additional aftermarket backup camera and hook it up if you want, provided you pick a double din head unit that is compatible with that feature. It comes with a speaker that can be mounted above the visor in the top left corner of the car. I recommend having a professional installer do it for you (unless you really know what you're doing). It's probably the best aftermarket option there is. I spent a ton of hours of research on replacing my stock stereo. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. |
Question: | Does it come with the antenna |
Answer: | No, it is just the dash parts, you would need to supply the radio. A car generally has a antenna wired, and that could be used. |

Question: | Does this device (PXDX) work with the A2D-355 Bluetooth module or do i need to buy a PXDP |
Answer: | I installed mine on a 1998 Cadillac ETC. The car did not come with an AUX port but I had the CD player in the trunk. This device connects between the cable from the radio, to the cd changer in the trunk. There is no Blue tooth option in this unit. For the purpose intended, this unit is fantastic. |
Question: | Does this need to be powered |
Answer: | I plugged mine into the CD changer harness, mine gets the power thru that harness... 01 vette |
Question: | Is this the same as PXDX |
Answer: | It is as far as I can tell, but be sure to check that your system has an aux buttons that will allow you to switch directly to the device. Otherwise it will not work. |
Question: | I have a clicking sound that happens every 10 second or so. 2002 explorer with 6cd in deck. Any solution |
Answer: | I think the clicking could be the deck attempting to start a cd playing. |
