Answer:	I hear Not shorten them I just put the excess cable in a safe place out of harms way. The conductors in the main line are very tiny to have to put back together if one were to short in the cable

Memory card:

This dash cam can support micro SD card max up to 32GB storage capacity ( NOT included ). Recommended to use Class 10, 16GB or 32GB Micro SD card. Please ensure to use a good quality card and make sure to format the card on monthly basis.



Normal Mode:

Just choose the time for screensaver setting as 30 second,1 minute or 3 minutes after which you could use the dash cam like a normal car camera while both front and rear cams are recording .



Motion detection:

When dash cam is turned on and there is a moving object in front of the the car, it will automatically record a short video and save it to the card.To save card space, we recommend to turn off the motion detection when driving, as dash cam is already recording.

Question:	i wait your help. I buy this product but i have problems. When the objects move from right to left, i see them from left to right. What can i do
Answer:	You must use the jumper wires to control the mirror image & the on-screen grid. The manual should help you. I use mine for backup & have all 3 jumper wires connected together. If you don't have any jumper wires- return the camera & make sure you get one with jumper wires.
Question:	I did not understand wheter the night LED is in the camera, and if it is, whether it goes on each tiome the camera is powered
Answer:	As long as your back-up lights are working the camera works fine at night. My son installed a special light on his. I only use the back-up lights.
Question:	How do I reverse the view it’s backwards
Answer:	Hi, yes the answer is correct "It's super simple, just connect the RED and BLUE wires together... voila! If you'd also like to superimpose the distance scale, connect the WHITE wire to the RED. So, to reverse the image AND have the distance scale, its RED + BLUE + WHITE wires all connected together. " Thank you both.
Question:	Do things look farther away than actual? I need camera that looks realistic depth-wise
Answer:	Realistic is relative term when you have a camera that alter the space in order to have a wide angle. If you use the camera for slow move ( parking) and also have good and learned point of reference ( the grid lines are quite good) then you can aproximate pretty well the margins of the car and what movement you can do or not . To be more explicit: i mounted three cameras on the front of the car :), and they are still not enough:). That means the wide angle is not so wide... To are mounted near the fog lamp exacly in front of the wheel. Now ! What is important for a relevant image on display is the following: 1 the camera looks forward but also catches the most forefront point of my A4 front bumper . It also has activated the grid lines. Knowing that the camera is exactly in front of my wheell, seeing also the most front point of the car and having also the grid lines I have a pretty good understanding of the space infront of my car. Which is very fine at slow speed . During the drive on highway , if i look on display is a total disaster :) and sure accident , but not because of the camera but because of the ANGLE i mounted the camera . Anyway is halpful to know where the wheel is , but again at high speed is dangerous to rely on the camera because of the very fast change of the image and un-natural perspective. For parking purposes i found this camera quite good but not as good as cameras from a surround view (top view) systems.if you want high quality camera maybe you shoud spend more money but I cannot say what brand or type to choose . This camera for the money is very good having in mind that a surround system is about 5-600 usd ... And uses indeed very wide angle cameras ... In conclusion the image is quite realistic but you need to have also some reference points on display and to practice a little the movement in order to understand what means 5 mm on display , how many cm are in reality in the real field of the camera . For the money you spend this is a quite good camera , even in low light ... But only for parking purposes...

Question:	My cam sometimes turns off when driving, and then turns on again, most of the time the camera works well, does there anyting I can do to solve it
Answer:	I had the same issue, Susie from the Apeman Support Team assisted me. She recommended to check my SD card. Basically, when it gets full then the camera stops recording and turns off. And if you turn on parking monitor when driving, the camera will detects the vibration and turn on automatically, and then if the camera is not recording, it will turn off again, thus the camera turns off. You might want to check whether your memory card is full and turn off parking guard during driving if it was on. Hope it helps!
Question:	I have to keep formatting the memory card as it gets full. Doesn't it do that itself
Answer:	Hi dear, this camera supports both loop recording and Gravity sensor. Turn on loop recording( cyclic record), the camera will overwrite the old file when SD card gets full. Gravity sensor feature helps the dash cam catch the scene and lock the current video when there is collision or vibration. The locked video cannot be overwritten by loop-recording. When there is too much locked video, it will let the SD card gets full quickly. So we suggest to set cyclic record to 3 min and set gravity sensing to "Low". Question:	The night vision keeps changing from the good to the fuzzy back and forth, how to fix it
Answer:	I also have the same issue. If you contact APEMAN through their e-mai ([email protected]), they will send you a firmware to solve it. Mine is working perfectly fine now. The night vision recording is as good as the daytime. Looks awesome!

Answer:	I also had the similar question before. I asked the seller about this question. they suggested to use the original car charger. The function of the original car charger is to change 12 V to 5 V, which can ensure our safety.
Question:	My suction cup is broken. Can I get a replacement

Question:	Can this camera use the memory card 128GB or higher
Answer:	I have used a 64 Gb and 256Gb micro SD card (Samsung 256GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC EVO Select Memory Card). My Windows 7 would only format a 32Gb partition with FAT 32. HOWEVER, if you put the larger cards in the camera and use the "Format" option in the settings menu, it will format them so that the entire card is available to write to. By my calculations, the 256Gb will hold over 30 hours of video (30 hours each for both cameras).
Question:	How to install this rear camera? I'm so confused about that
Answer:	Searching C420D on YouTube as Jack said was helpful for me. I also searched "how to install car backup camera" and found a video that showed instructions for installing with an SUV hatchback style rear door.

Answer:	My whole family are using eRapta backup camera, of course chose both. All works very well now. ERT11 is the most classic generation, I use it as auto reversing camera, with 8 LED light shows excellent night vision. Answer:	This camera works exactly like a $30 camera works. It does the job which means you’ll see an image of what’s behind you but its resolution and quality in color are exactly what you can expect from a 30 dollar device. Actually, the FPS refresh rate is surprisingly acceptable.
