Answer:	Leave the camera plugged in via charger. When car powers off it enters a low power state via the internal battery power, but you can also purchase the hard wire kit which will hook to car's battery and give constant power to the camera in the low power mode state. Answer:	The cameras work with power to the port, no power they turn off. Not every vehicle has a power port that turns off when you turn off the vehicle. Some have one port that is always powered and one that switches off/on with the vehicle. Point here is that it's your vehicle, you need to look at your owners manual or just test the port(s) with the vehicle on and off.
Question:	How to keep the SD card recording continuously and avoid the memory card been full
Answer:	I use 128GB SD card, and works perfectly. I get about 14 Hours of Recording, then it overwrites from top. Just format the card using the camera, and works fine with a 128GB card.

Answer:	I have used a 64 Gb and 256Gb micro SD card (Samsung 256GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC EVO Select Memory Card). My Windows 7 would only format a 32Gb partition with FAT 32. HOWEVER, if you put the larger cards in the camera and use the "Format" option in the settings menu, it will format them so that the entire card is available to write to. By my calculations, the 256Gb will hold over 30 hours of video (30 hours each for both cameras).

Answer:	You can contact the seller for help. They provide one year warranty and they are professional and would be willing to help you. EMAIL：kt.support@apemans When the front camera is connected only the resolution can be chosen to 1520P, if front and rear cams work at the same time, it’s 1440P for the front cam and 1080P for the rear cam. It’s very clear. And it’s normal for your rear video screen showing the right side as left side, it’s just a mirror image. But you can contact the seller for firmware if you don’t want mirror image.
Question:	Installation seems difficult for me, especially comes to connect front and rear camera. Is there any way can solve this
Answer:	Here’s a video I found that shows the full installation: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zbdq5hk65h5GJW_9VB237DOjmWFNLlTw It should help with a simple installation, but IF your car has an airbag in the A-pillar, I would not recommend running the wires across the top corner by the windscreen - rather, run them down next to the windscreen and back across the seam on top of the dash (in which case it may be easier to go around the bottom of the door frames rather than the top - just decide whats best for you and your car).
Question:	Does the rear camera record also and where does it record to
Answer:	Yes, it records two files simultaneously, front camera file is suffixed with an 'A' and rear camera file is suffixed with a 'B'. One thing to note that I didn't realize before buying the product, is that the front camera only records in 1080P when the rear camera is connected. 1440P is only for when the camera is recording by itself.

Initialization for Mobile App Connection

1. Download the official 70mai app from App Store/Google Play for the latest iOS/Android version by simply scanning QR codes from the user manual or searching '70mai' manually. Once the 70mai app is installed, launch the app and complete the signup/login process

Question:	My cam sometimes turns off when driving, and then turns on again, most of the time the camera works well, does there anyting I can do to solve it
Answer:	I had the same issue, Susie from the Apeman Support Team assisted me. She recommended to check my SD card. Basically, when it gets full then the camera stops recording and turns off. And if you turn on parking monitor when driving, the camera will detects the vibration and turn on automatically, and then if the camera is not recording, it will turn off again, thus the camera turns off. You might want to check whether your memory card is full and turn off parking guard during driving if it was on. Hope it helps!
Question:	I have to keep formatting the memory card as it gets full. Doesn't it do that itself
Answer:	Hi dear, this camera supports both loop recording and Gravity sensor. Turn on loop recording( cyclic record), the camera will overwrite the old file when SD card gets full. Gravity sensor feature helps the dash cam catch the scene and lock the current video when there is collision or vibration. The locked video cannot be overwritten by loop-recording. When there is too much locked video, it will let the SD card gets full quickly. So we suggest to set cyclic record to 3 min and set gravity sensing to "Low". Question:	The night vision keeps changing from the good to the fuzzy back and forth, how to fix it
Answer:	I also have the same issue. If you contact APEMAN through their e-mai ([email protected]), they will send you a firmware to solve it. Mine is working perfectly fine now. The night vision recording is as good as the daytime. Looks awesome!

Question:	Does this dash cam capture the inside of the car
Answer:	No, it does not capture the inside of the vehicle. For me is not suitable. Both, front and rear cameras are to capture all action of all the vehicles in front of you and the rear is for the upcoming aggressive driving tailgating you and pushing around. Also it fix suitable as a back camera. I am very pleased with it.
Question:	How do you connect the rear cam? Is it wireless
Answer:	It is not wireless. It has about a 20 foot cord you attach to the rear camera. It plugs in to the left top side of the camera.
Question:	How well will this camera work in the rear glass if it is tinted
Answer:	Fine. My windshield is tinted 20% like all the other windows in my truck. Theres no problem at all. The camera will be fine. Just turn off the night vision IR emitters. The IR bounce off the glass and white out the picture sometimes. But its fine. I have clear video

Question:	Is time displayed on recording? is current time set by gps or by user
Answer:	Yes, you can set the date and time on the dash cam and turn on the Date Stamp before using it. When receiving the GPS signal, the date and time may be updated by the GPS. If you don’t want it to update the time and date randomly, please contact our after-sales team to get a firmware to renew the system.
Question:	How do I get a hardwire kit for this
Answer:	You can buy it on AMAZON.  The specification of hard wire kit needed: mini USB port, Voltage:12-24V, Output voltage and current:5V, 2A  Warm tip:  we suggest that you should choose the hard wire kit which will switch off when the battery volts drop below 11.6 volts,  so the cam will not run out of the power in your car battery.
Question:	Is there a wi-fi camera? how can i watch video on mobile? can the camera work while the screen is closed
Answer:	This is a dashcam without WIFI, so you are unable to view the videos on mobile directly.  But you can playback on this unit itself or watch video on computer through a USB cable.  The steps to playback on this unit itself:  step 1：press "OK" button to stop recording;  step 2: long press "M" button twice to switch to playback mode;  step 3: Press “Up” and “Down” button to choose the video that you want to replay;  step 4: Press "OK" button to replay.  How to playback on computer:  Connect the camera to the laptop with a usb cable, the camera will start and the display will show "Mass Storage", press the top button on the right side of the camera and your computer will recognize it as a USB device. Use the file explorer on the laptop, to open the DCIM folder . You'll see all your clips, you can either play off the camera or move them to the laptop.  The dashcam has a function”Screensaver”, with this function, the dashcam works while the screen is closed in order to save the power of battery.
Question:	can i use a 128 gb memory card
Answer:	Yes, I am currently using 128GB Sd card and it works fine! I holds a lot of videos so I have never encountered memory full option!

Answer:	Any good marine vhf antenna should work. The 3’ s/s whip is used on sailboats, 4’ and 8’ are usually used on power boats. Study the transmission signal. Remember, the higher the antenna the further range.

Answer:	Marine and Cb are not in the 2 meter band. Cb is down near 11 meters at 27mhz. 2 meter is 140mhz to 148 mhz. This is a marine mobile radio. Marine radio sits above the 2 meter band in the 156 to 174 Mhz . This is for use in a boat or licenced shore station
