Memory card:

Normal Mode:

Motion detection:

EMAIL：kt.support@apemans When the front camera is connected only the resolution can be chosen to 1520P, if front and rear cams work at the same time, it’s 1440P for the front cam and 1080P for the rear cam. It’s very clear. And it’s normal for your rear video screen showing the right side as left side, it’s just a mirror image. But you can contact the seller for firmware if you don’t want mirror image.
Question:	Installation seems difficult for me, especially comes to connect front and rear camera. Is there any way can solve this
Answer:	Here’s a video I found that shows the full installation: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1zbdq5hk65h5GJW_9VB237DOjmWFNLlTw It should help with a simple installation, but IF your car has an airbag in the A-pillar, I would not recommend running the wires across the top corner by the windscreen - rather, run them down next to the windscreen and back across the seam on top of the dash (in which case it may be easier to go around the bottom of the door frames rather than the top - just decide whats best for you and your car).
Question:	Does the rear camera record also and where does it record to
Answer:	Yes, it records two files simultaneously, front camera file is suffixed with an 'A' and rear camera file is suffixed with a 'B'. One thing to note that I didn't realize before buying the product, is that the front camera only records in 1080P when the rear camera is connected. 1440P is only for when the camera is recording by itself.

Answer:	I also had the similar question before. I asked the seller about this question. they suggested to use the original car charger. The function of the original car charger is to change 12 V to 5 V, which can ensure our safety.

Question:	Can this camera use the memory card 128GB or higher
Answer:	I have used a 64 Gb and 256Gb micro SD card (Samsung 256GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC EVO Select Memory Card). My Windows 7 would only format a 32Gb partition with FAT 32. HOWEVER, if you put the larger cards in the camera and use the "Format" option in the settings menu, it will format them so that the entire card is available to write to. By my calculations, the 256Gb will hold over 30 hours of video (30 hours each for both cameras).
Question:	How to install this rear camera? I'm so confused about that

Q1: Is it normal for the screen to go out after few minutes of driving?

A1:After a while the screen shuts off during recording, which is a normal phenomenon named screensaver mode and you needn’t to worry about it.

It's just for energy saving while the cam is still recording. If you want to keep the screen stay on when recording, please enter the setting mode and turn off the ‘screen saver'’ .



Q2: How does the rear cable connect to the main unit and how long it is?

A2: Please kindly note that the end with straight interface should be plugged into the female port on the main unit, while the one with a curve

should be connected with the rear camera. The rear cable is 5.9m(19.4ft) long.



Q3: When i connect to my laptop, it occurs two options "mass storage" and "pc camera". How do i choose?

A3: If you connect the cam to computer via USB cable, the screen will read Mass storage and PC camera. You could choose Mass storage

and the cam will be read as an external storage device and you can choose to playback on computer

or just transfer the recordings to your computer.



Q4: What is the latest firmware version for this dash cam? Do I need to update my dash cam when I get it?

A4: Generally the model you received is the model with newest firmware. Because we will update our product software according to some situations.

Answer:	I imagine that this is a function of how much your car vibrates, but this would apply to any camera you would buy. I drive a big pickup, so there is zero vibration. Playback on my computer confirms this.
