Warm Tips to install the Rear Car Camera:

1. Please make sure that the red wire of the dash cam rear is connected to the positive pole of the reversing light, so that the reversing image car can appear in "reverse gear".

2. If you don’t need to use the reversing image, but only for the rear video, then the red wire does not need to be connected to the positive pole of the reversing light, just wrap the red wire.

Loop Recording & Auto Lock

1. Please adjust the sensitivity of G-sensor to Low or turn it off ,or the video file will be easily locked when your car brake,even if the loop recording function of the Dashboard Camera is turned on.

2. The file will be locked auto,when the car hits. When the Dashboard Camera prompts 'SD card FULL', it will turn off automatically to remind you to format sd card and reset it. Please follow these steps to solve the issue: a, Turn off G-sensor, motion detection and Parking mode. b, Please use the Lock function when you need to save a video without being overwritten

Car Charger with USB Interface

Question:	Can the included monitor connect to the 4 pin output connector? or does it have to be through vga or rca
Answer:	This adapter does not show up in the Network Adapters. The only way I have been able to change band preferences is through the Advanced tab on the router adapter ie., Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160Mhz. My old computer went from 50/50 up/down to 250/250 on 5GHz. Before the 5GHz was not even recognized by the computer.

Answer:	Yes, you can set the date and time on the dash cam and turn on the Date Stamp before using it. When receiving the GPS signal, the date and time may be updated by the GPS. If you don’t want it to update the time and date randomly, please contact our after-sales team to get a firmware to renew the system.
Question:	How do I get a hardwire kit for this
Answer:	You can buy it on AMAZON.  The specification of hard wire kit needed: mini USB port, Voltage:12-24V, Output voltage and current:5V, 2A  Warm tip:  we suggest that you should choose the hard wire kit which will switch off when the battery volts drop below 11.6 volts,  so the cam will not run out of the power in your car battery.
Question:	Is there a wi-fi camera? how can i watch video on mobile? can the camera work while the screen is closed
Answer:	This is a dashcam without WIFI, so you are unable to view the videos on mobile directly.  But you can playback on this unit itself or watch video on computer through a USB cable.  The steps to playback on this unit itself:  step 1：press "OK" button to stop recording;  step 2: long press "M" button twice to switch to playback mode;  step 3: Press “Up” and “Down” button to choose the video that you want to replay;  step 4: Press "OK" button to replay.  How to playback on computer:  Connect the camera to the laptop with a usb cable, the camera will start and the display will show "Mass Storage", press the top button on the right side of the camera and your computer will recognize it as a USB device. Use the file explorer on the laptop, to open the DCIM folder . You'll see all your clips, you can either play off the camera or move them to the laptop.  The dashcam has a function”Screensaver”, with this function, the dashcam works while the screen is closed in order to save the power of battery.

Answer:	I had 2 camera about 200 ft away they kept loosing reception so i put them closer to the house. The monitor is about 5 foot inside the windows and the cameras are about 25 foot away it still drops reception. It will record for about 5 seconds and then go blank. Dont know if i got a bad system or what. It looks really nice but the camera keep going out of range so are about useless to me
