Question:	How do I get a hardwire kit for this
Answer:	You can buy it on AMAZON.  The specification of hard wire kit needed: mini USB port, Voltage:12-24V, Output voltage and current:5V, 2A  Warm tip:  we suggest that you should choose the hard wire kit which will switch off when the battery volts drop below 11.6 volts,  so the cam will not run out of the power in your car battery.
Question:	Is there a wi-fi camera? how can i watch video on mobile? can the camera work while the screen is closed
Answer:	This is a dashcam without WIFI, so you are unable to view the videos on mobile directly.  But you can playback on this unit itself or watch video on computer through a USB cable.  The steps to playback on this unit itself:  step 1：press "OK" button to stop recording;  step 2: long press "M" button twice to switch to playback mode;  step 3: Press “Up” and “Down” button to choose the video that you want to replay;  step 4: Press "OK" button to replay.  How to playback on computer:  Connect the camera to the laptop with a usb cable, the camera will start and the display will show "Mass Storage", press the top button on the right side of the camera and your computer will recognize it as a USB device. Use the file explorer on the laptop, to open the DCIM folder . You'll see all your clips, you can either play off the camera or move them to the laptop.  The dashcam has a function”Screensaver”, with this function, the dashcam works while the screen is closed in order to save the power of battery.

Answer:	I would recommend the fiberglass poles, they are more flexible to install ;-)
Question:	Why don't the LED lights come on
Answer:	Well it says each pole is 27inches which is a little over 2 feet. All together you get roughly 8feet of poles. Measure your old ones and compare if you still have them . I have an Ozark 2 person tent and it takes 2-13foot poles for a 7foot by 7foot. If that helps for comparison. I'm not good with centimeters, sorry.
Question:	Will this record mutiple 10 min videos? If so how many? For example, if I go on an hour drive will it record the whole trip
Answer:	Fiberglass tent poles only come in millimeter-measured sizes, so if you measured 3/8" it would be the 9.5mm pole size. The standard pole sizes are: 7.9mm (tent flap), 8.5mm, 9.5mm, 11.2mm and 12.7mm. (I do not know if these sizes carry over to aluminum poles.)
Question:	New out of the box. it recorded for 1m 38s and it froze. pushing the buttons does nothing. can't even turn it off. anyone else had this issue
Answer:	I have used it with an 8 X 10 impact screen for a golf simulator and it works fine. I had to cut the 10' pipes down to 8' to put it together, but it was easy. And I use the impact screen as the screen for a home theatre set up. Works great.

Answer:	The cameras work with power to the port, no power they turn off. Not every vehicle has a power port that turns off when you turn off the vehicle. Some have one port that is always powered and one that switches off/on with the vehicle. Point here is that it's your vehicle, you need to look at your owners manual or just test the port(s) with the vehicle on and off.
Question:	How to keep the SD card recording continuously and avoid the memory card been full
Answer:	I use 128GB SD card, and works perfectly. I get about 14 Hours of Recording, then it overwrites from top. Just format the card using the camera, and works fine with a 128GB card.
