Question:	I love the camera, but I cannot get it to capture still photos while recording a movie. Can somebody tell me how to do it
Answer:	Hello Harry, Please explain what you mean you cannot get still shots while recording. Do you want the camera to display still photos when you take them and you choose when to continue taking video. Or you cannot find your still photos after you take them, you only see the video. As I explained, possibly not clearly, when you are recording a video and you press the shutter button to take a photo, the camera do not interupt your video recording to display the picture. after completing your video you press the play/review button and then you will see the photos and the video when going in reverse order. if you review from begining you will see video first then your pictures.
Question:	I want to make sure I have everything I need to start shooting on day one. What accessories come in the box with the camera
Answer:	I would suggest at least ordering 55-mm UV filter (acts as lense protector so you should never have to wipe/clean the coatings on your expensive lense or worry about scratches). May want to consider a circular polarizing lens (linear polarizers supposedly don't work on sensor cameras). You will also want to have an SD, SDHC, or SDXC UHS-I (letter I vs an UHS-II interface) memory card that is at least Class 10 (C with a 10 in it), UHS-1 (number 1) or UHS-3 speed class which is U with a 1 or 3 in it. I suggest at least 16 GB, with 32 GB being better. I like videos, so I got 64 GB. A case to protect your camera would be nice. I also favor a better shoulder strap and a hand strap grip. One end of the hand strap should screw into the tripod mount and supply its own tripod mount hole to allow mounting to tripod without removing the strap.

Answer:	I remember when i was setting up my Drone i had it sitting on the floor. I would say atleast sitting on the floor for 15 min or more and i was readying through the manual just setting it up. The next thing i did was look at my cell and i thought i was seening a picture of items from the wall. Camera and video was turned on. Now i do not know how i did that, and i have not gotten chance to play with the drone since i received. Looking to get on the drone today or by the end of this weekend. Please standby and i will get back to you. One thing for sure....Make sure your batteries are fully charged and your in a huge opening outside....mainly a PARK or open field with no obstruction in the way. just by holding and the blades spinning has alot of force so much i noticed the blades spun way faster then in just sitting down. Answer:	Not awkward at all. It only angles down slightly. The camera should be mounted near the top of the windshield which will be above your eye level anyway. So having the control and screen be angled slightly down is good. Most, if not all, dash cams are designed this way.
Question:	How and where does the rear camera attach? I have a pickup. Would it work well in the rear window? Or is weatherproof enough for external mounting
Answer:	It is NOT weatherproof.I use it in a sedan.It attaches via a small piece of plastic with strong sticky mount to the window and the camera slides onto the opposite side sitting below the mount. Works well for me, your mileage may vary. You should look at some YouTube videos about cable management before purchasing.

Question:	What’s the function of the Date Stamp
Answer:	Because there are too many locked videos, which take up most of the camera's memory, you should format the memory card. then turn down the sensitivity of the gravity sensor and turn off the motion detection, which can reduce the unimportant locking video. To ensure that the memory card has enough space for loop recording.
Question:	I set the time and date, 2 days later it resets to a 2018 date and time is no correct. i do it again, and then the same happens

Answer:	You can buy it on AMAZON.  The specification of hard wire kit needed: mini USB port, Voltage:12-24V, Output voltage and current:5V, 2A  Warm tip:  we suggest that you should choose the hard wire kit which will switch off when the battery volts drop below 11.6 volts,  so the cam will not run out of the power in your car battery.

Answer:	This is a dashcam without WIFI, so you are unable to view the videos on mobile directly.  But you can playback on this unit itself or watch video on computer through a USB cable.  The steps to playback on this unit itself:  step 1：press "OK" button to stop recording;  step 2: long press "M" button twice to switch to playback mode;  step 3: Press “Up” and “Down” button to choose the video that you want to replay;  step 4: Press "OK" button to replay.  How to playback on computer:  Connect the camera to the laptop with a usb cable, the camera will start and the display will show "Mass Storage", press the top button on the right side of the camera and your computer will recognize it as a USB device. Use the file explorer on the laptop, to open the DCIM folder . You'll see all your clips, you can either play off the camera or move them to the laptop.  The dashcam has a function”Screensaver”, with this function, the dashcam works while the screen is closed in order to save the power of battery.

Answer:	Yes, I am currently using 128GB Sd card and it works fine! I holds a lot of videos so I have never encountered memory full option!
