Question:	Why it say that my memory card is not inserted? It is... Do I have to do anything else
Answer:	Hi, the windshield mount will comes with the package.
Question:	What's the recording viewing angle? 120 degrees or more
Answer:	How would I connect continuous power, specifically? I want to use this as a rear view on my trailer while towing it. The trailer has light wiring inside and I also have a 12V battery in the trailer ofr some other lighting. How would I connect this for continuous power?

Answer:	We bought this camera to give a rear view of the blind spot in back of the trailer when towing. My recollection is the unit came with a small folded instruction manual, that appeared to be translated from Chinese to English and some things got lost in the translation. In that manual I remember a reference to an online vidio that did help some. The problem is our trailer is in storage and we seem to have misplaced the manual. One additional note, the transmitter gets quite warm when on for an extended period of time. I attached a heat sink the back of it, to hopefully prevent over heating.

Question:	How do you format the sd card in the cr
Answer:	After turning on the cam, press the OK button first and then press twice menu button on the left to enter system setting. Press UP/DOWN button to select option until you see “Format”. Press OK button, then you can choose to format the SD card.
Question:	Does the display shut off but it still records when driving
Answer:	Yes the display will go blank but continue to record. There is a blue light on the display. If that blue light is blinking then it is recording.
Question:	How long does it record
Answer:	Generally speaking, with a 32GB card, you can record about 5 hours. But CR300 dash cam has loop recording function, which means it will automatically overwrites the oldest file to save the current file. Also we suggest you format the memory card once a month, it will benefit to dash cam and extend the life of it.
Question:	Does it include SD card
Answer:	No, a SD card is not included. And we recommend you to use a qualified Class 10 micro SDHC card. The max capacity supported is 32GB. Hope this can help you.
