Answer:	I believe the input power to this unit is 5v and 1000 mA so ~5 watts, and if your car battery is rated at 12 V and 40 Ahrs so ~500 watts. You should be able to run this unit for 100 hrs from your car battery. You could have trouble starting your car depending how long you left the camera running also if there is one day you do not start your car I would say its not going to start if the camera is left running. You also have to be sure that you run the car enough during the day to charge back the power lost from running the camera at night, otherwise one unexpected day your car just wont start. So short answer one night should not completely drain your battery, but might be enough to have starting issues.

Answer:	Hello,I am sorry you are having trouble but I will do my best to explain the answer box space provided. The main way to attach the camera is with the mount/clip. You should see a plastic piece that you can attach the sticky 3M red tape to on the back and groves on the other side where the B40 slides in and out of if you want to detach. The other accessories include a sleeve which hide your wires and bracket mounts which help in hiding and bundling them together. Answer:	Well it says each pole is 27inches which is a little over 2 feet. All together you get roughly 8feet of poles. Measure your old ones and compare if you still have them . I have an Ozark 2 person tent and it takes 2-13foot poles for a 7foot by 7foot. If that helps for comparison. I'm not good with centimeters, sorry.

Answer:	Fiberglass tent poles only come in millimeter-measured sizes, so if you measured 3/8" it would be the 9.5mm pole size. The standard pole sizes are: 7.9mm (tent flap), 8.5mm, 9.5mm, 11.2mm and 12.7mm. (I do not know if these sizes carry over to aluminum poles.)

Answer:	The cameras work with power to the port, no power they turn off. Not every vehicle has a power port that turns off when you turn off the vehicle. Some have one port that is always powered and one that switches off/on with the vehicle. Point here is that it's your vehicle, you need to look at your owners manual or just test the port(s) with the vehicle on and off.

Answer:	I use 128GB SD card, and works perfectly. I get about 14 Hours of Recording, then it overwrites from top. Just format the card using the camera, and works fine with a 128GB card.

Question:	Do the GPS features (speed, location, etc) work out of the box, or does it require an add-on antenna module
Answer:	It comes with stakes to hold it down in grass if it's windy. I have used it several times and didn't use the stakes. I worked out to be an excellent product. I guess you could use it on concrete, but you would need a fake golf hitting mat so you don't ruin your clubs.
Question:	Does it record audio? If so how clearly can you hear people talking in the backseat
Answer:	Less than 1"x1" it does stretch when using goofballs, baseballs, softballs. My measurement is .75" but great for golf and baseball/softball work.
Question:	What's the warranty for this product
Answer:	Yes you can cut it and it won't fray or fall apart. Butt.. it is really awarkward to measure and cut to an exact size because of how is stretches. I cut sux pieces and it was a pain but worked out alright in the end.
Question:	Does this require a subscription to use any of the features
Answer:	There is only a ferrule on one end of the pole. If you have the original pole, measure that OEM pole and then wrap a 2 inch length of masking tape (appoximately centered at the length of the measurement on the new pole) so you can mark the measurement on the new replacement pole. Then use a hacksaw to cut it to the needed length. The tape also keeps the fiberglass pole from splintering while it's being cut. You can use most any kind of tape, but masking tape is paper based so it's easy to mark on. If you use scotch or duct tape, you might be able to mark on that with ink pen or a felt tipl pen. Using a fine toothed hacksaw blade will help reduce the damage to the fiberglass. If you try to use a wood handsaw that type of saw will take too big a bite and likely fray the fiberglass. In the Coleman kit all four poles have one metal ferrule glued on one end only. I was lucky in that my OEM tent does have one pole in each section that uses 2 ferrules on one pole. I did not replace that pole. I just checked my Coleman kit, and it does not come with unattached ferrules. As stated earlier, each pole in the kit comes with 1 ferrule all ready attached to one end of the pole. Good luck, it's easy to do.

It’s very clear. And it’s normal for your rear video screen showing the right side as left side, it’s just a mirror image. But you can contact the seller for firmware if you don’t want mirror image.
Question:	Installation seems difficult for me, especially comes to connect front and rear camera. Is there any way can solve this

Question:	Does the rear camera record also and where does it record to
Answer:	Yes, it records two files simultaneously, front camera file is suffixed with an 'A' and rear camera file is suffixed with a 'B'. One thing to note that I didn't realize before buying the product, is that the front camera only records in 1080P when the rear camera is connected. 1440P is only for when the camera is recording by itself.

Answer:	I also had the similar question before. I asked the seller about this question. they suggested to use the original car charger. The function of the original car charger is to change 12 V to 5 V, which can ensure our safety.

Answer:	I have used a 64 Gb and 256Gb micro SD card (Samsung 256GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC EVO Select Memory Card). My Windows 7 would only format a 32Gb partition with FAT 32. HOWEVER, if you put the larger cards in the camera and use the "Format" option in the settings menu, it will format them so that the entire card is available to write to. By my calculations, the 256Gb will hold over 30 hours of video (30 hours each for both cameras).
Question:	How to install this rear camera? I'm so confused about that
Answer:	Searching C420D on YouTube as Jack said was helpful for me. I also searched "how to install car backup camera" and found a video that showed instructions for installing with an SUV hatchback style rear door.
