Answer:	Yes, it updates from the app. I’ve had no problem with that. No charge but I don’t k ow if that is for a limited time or I definite. I’ve had mine ~16 months, last updated 8 weeks ago. Btw, to keep it charged over 3 hours, use plugged in and screen brightness about 60%.

Answer:	I believe it is only suction mount but may be able to suction mount in places other than windshield. Any smooth area on dash should do.

Question:	Does this model include same overpass warnings as the RV
Answer:	Yes and if you let it do the routing it won't take you on any roads they think might be too small or unsuitable for an RV unless it leads to an RV park your going to. It then assumes it must be ok. I found it a bit overprotective in some cases for roads and one overpass. But if you ignore it be careful. Once where a park was right off the expressway it routed us off an exit early and down a small road to right next to the next exit. Upon inquiring if they knew why that might be they said a truck had hit the underpass but didn't know of any RVs having problems. Left that way very cautiously. The underpass was level but the road under wasn't so clearance tapered. Sign said there was enough room so I slowly went under with no problem. Maybe they fixed the road or the sign after the truck. But it also occured to me later, that it might depend on where the high spot is with a slope involved that is not the same for as long as the vehicle is. You need to be certain of your height and I allowed 2-3" extra to be safe.

Answer:	Yes. Select a campground then tap the Info button which is the i with a circle around it. It will then display the campground info which will include the phone number of the campground in most cases. There is a three bar menu sign on the top left of the campground screen. If you select that, it asks you if you want to call that number. If you select yes, it calls.
Question:	Can this be switched switch to standard vehicle mode when not towing a camper
Answer:	Yes, there is a "car" mode in settings, as well as "motorhome" or "trailer".
Question:	One of the screenshots shows a motorhome as perhaps the only "RV" option. Does this also support trailers
Answer:	Settings allows you to configure weight and dimensions for a motorhome, trailer, and/or a fifth wheel. For these vehicles you can also set max speed and propane tanks. You may also select an automobile, but you can't put in dimensions for the car and it won't use more restrictive routing.

Whenever a new map or software update is available and you’re connected to a home Wi-Fi network or any public Wi-Fi network that doesn’t require web browser sign-in, your navigator’s home screen will show a prompt indicating an available update. Simply plug your device into any outlet, and, as it charges, let your device update over Wi-Fi .

Question:	Does it recognize truck routes? By that I mean will it take me on the posted truck route and not the shorter route
Answer:	I haven't found that it has put me down a no truck route, but I have found that the information is outdated, i. e. a bridge that has been replaced and is now OK for trucks.

Answer:	Yes, the camera will record dash cam video while you are using the GPS features for navigation.
Question:	does the 780 include free lifetime map updates
Answer:	The dezl 780 receives map updates without being charged. Garmin has removed "Lifetime" from the description of our map updates to streamline in the naming of our products.
Question:	Will it work with Rand McNally’s wireless backup camera
Answer:	No, this is only compatible with our Garmin BC 35 Wireless Backup Camera.
