Question:	Can this safe be bolted to the floor
Answer:	It's waterproof in that it's nor porus.however, it cannot be submerged in water.
Question:	Does the safe open once you enter the correct passcode, or do you then have to turn the metal knob
Answer:	It's cheaply made, stick a flat tip screwdriver in from the bottom between the lid and the safe, pull it towards you. There is only a piece of plastic ho l ringtone locking metal in place. It should pop the metal over the plastic. That is how mine was broken into.
Question:	Does the metal knob stick out past the bezel? It looks like it does in the pictures

Answer:	Not really. There are holes for 2 bolts on each side of the safe. You can pull the liner out and drill holes in the bottom of the safe, but the trim (flange) extends about half-inch below the bottom of the safe.

Answer:	Yes you have to turn the knob to pull the bolts back to open the door. (I chose it because it has a nice interior and it is deep)

Answer:	The framework is 1/4" thick, that sticks out from the wall. The knob adds apporx, 1/8" to that so it's not flush.

Answer:	Yes, it is a simple process. you can use 6 digits. The keypad has both numbers and letters, which is nice if you want an easy to remember combination.I really like this safe, which is easy to hide behind a picture. Just be aware that it will not recess completely in a 2x4 wall.

Answer:	According to Rockford's page it fits "full" size ranger EV which is actually a mid size, same as the 570 mid. So if it fits that model it will fit the 2016 570 mid.
