Answer:	I have not problem with food sticking to the pan, but my pan has been seasoned. It is very easy to cook with these pans. If you can follow the directions on how to use these pans, you should have not problems.

Answer:	I find this an my other copper-core pans easier to cook in, no matter what I am cooking. These heat evenly (and quickly!), and food doesn't stick to them as easily as it does to plain stainless steel cookware. I had a good set of Tramontina cookware (stainless and heavy duty) and it was far more difficult to clean them after cooking anything that wasn't just plain liquid. I'm amazed at the different experience All-Clad Copper Core gives me. I bought a set at a regular store, and I've added pieces since then. I wish I'd bought them years ago. Question:	How does one extend the cable of the control speaker with the 15 pin vga cable? a regular vga cable extension didn't work
Answer:	The problem with most all VGA Extension cables is that they tie pins 6,7,8 and 10 to the casing (GND). This is fine for a VGA Cable, but is not desired for an extension cable. It does not work in extending the right control speaker. Instead, go with the Amphenol Cable Extension that wires the pins straight through. Lengths are available in 5', 10', 15' and 25'. Just change the last two digits when looking for your desired length. Answer:	7+ YEARS STRONG! I purchased these back in December of 2013 in college. Speakers have moved around over 10 times, but I kept the original box for moving purposes. Finally purchased a home and these still remain as my main TV speakers. I recommend this set of speakers for anyone who wants that movie theater and thrilling music experience in their own home!

Answer:	The height of the speaker is just under 3" ~ 2-7/8". I use the one I have with a Samsung 32" tv so put a 2X6 under the TV "feet" to solve the problem that concerns you. The unit is well made and is a sound quality improvement for my TV - HOWEVER it has no bass speaker FYI.

Gold is one of the best electrical conductors but mainly because it's super malleable. It's probably NOT 24K gold here. Actually I guarantee it's not. Answer:	Your TV has to have an optical port. The first time I tried, I couldn't get it in either. Then I discovered that I had not taken off the plastic cover. When I did, it popped right in.

Multiple Audio Out Ports Supports

Compatible with most TVs on the market, the SIMOLIO SM-621D supports Optical, RCA and 3.5 mm / AUX audio outputs. For Optical connection, make sure the audio format of your TV/TV related AV device must be set to “PCM”.

For RCA connection, make sure the RCA ports are labeled as ”AUDIO OUT/OUTPUT/AV OUT”.

For 3.5mm/AUX connection, it’s better to try it with a wired headphone to see whether it will disable your TV internal speakers. For TVs with only Optical audio out and occupied by a sound bar, you will need to purchase an optical splitter for installation.

For TVs with only Coaxial output, you will need to purchase a Digital to Analog Audio Converter for installation.

For TVs with only HDMI (ARC) audio out, you will need to purchase an HDMI to RCA converter for installation.

For AV receivers with a 6.35mm phone jack at the front, you will need to purchase a 6.35mm to 3.5mm audio adapter for installation.

TV Sound Out and Audio Format Setting

For TVs that support only single sound out, we don’t recommend to use this SIMOLIO unit to watch tv together with your family. Unless you have a sound bar + splitter.

For some TVs, you can play audio through TV internal speakers and an external audio device simultaneously by setting the “Sound Out” to “Internal TV Speaker + Audio Out(Optical)”. For digital optical connection, make sure to set your TV/TV related AV device’s audio format to PCM. Dolby / DTS is not supported. The menus for sound out and audio format setting are not the same from different TV brands. please refer to your TV manual for details.

TV & TV Related AV Devices' Volume Setting

Sufficient sound output is needed to ensure Simolio working properly.

VOL.1 > 40%, VOL.2 > 30%, just for your reference. The bigger the VOL.1 and VOL.2, the better the S/N (Signal-to-Noise) of your Simolio unit.

Usually we suggest to fix the VOL.1 to a sufficient level, and adjust VOL.2 to control TV's volume.

If the audio output signal is too weak, it will cause the following problems:

1. no sound from the speaker
2. the sound of the speaker cuts in and out
3. the speaker automatically shuts off every few minutes
