Question:	Any ideas on how to update the firmware
Answer:	The seller really needs to reply to this. Mine doesn't hold settings, presets even though wired correctly with constant power. The only troubleshooting option remaining is a firmware update. I'm about to return it and give a 2 star review. Reviews for the $45 unit seem to br much better.
