Answer:	At 2 ohms its like 400 watts i have a planet audio 12 in a sealed box and this amp doesnt move it as well as my 500watt rms pioneer the pioneer could run 2 subs easy where this amp distorts the single sub without full excursion. I mainly bought this amp as a highs amp I'm not even using the sub channel. It was supposed to replace that pioneer amp but i would rather have a whole extra amp hooked up then try and get this thing to bump that 12 like im used to This amp does sound really good and gets super loud on the highs i have the gains turned down quite a bit and is still loud it feels very high quality also

Answer:	Yes you can. There is a switch on the amp and it will take the sound from channels 3 and 4, and use it for the subwoofer.. so you dont need a 5th rca cable.

Answer:	Taken from Google: RMS stands for root mean squared.You use RMS to tell you in part how loud the speakers are going to be, you also you its sensitivity rating.RMS also tells you the most amount of watts that you speaker can handle on a continuous basis. This is the figure you use when looking for an amplifier and powering the speaker.1000w RMS is a lot and i would be very skeptical buying any speaker that says it handles 1000w RMS, most companies that put out a speaker like that inflate their numbers by making the THD level higher so once you turn it up the signal is not clear. Also they will make it 1000w RMS but its sensitivity rating is very low such as under 80db/1w.i know i have two JL subs that are rated at 300 watts RMS each and the 600 watts it puts out is enough to make me go deaf.

Answer:	It is extremely important to understand Ohms law when choosing speakers. One answer on another question says it is not 2 Ohm stable. They wouldn't make the UL list if it didn't. The fifth channel is 1 channel that is 2 Ohm stable. It can handle 2 single voice coil subs wired in parralel which brings the Ohms down to 2 Ohms. I do not recommend DVC in a mono amp unless the amp is 1 Ohm Stable. If you got 2 DVC subs wired parralel would present a 1 Ohm load to your amp and blow it up.

Answer:	Yes! This amp is a beast for the price. I'm pushing 4 kicker CVR 15s. GREAT AMP. I started out with the 3000.1 then the 4000.. All of them amazed me.

Answer:	Depends look up the rms watts of your subs which is probably 1200 multiply by 2 for both subs if it's under 5k then it's enough amps. Mine is hooked up to four 12" planet audio big bang series subs and is only half way up you may want to run an extra glass pack battery or capacitor 2.5 microfared or higher if you don't already have one hooked up. Make sure to wire the subs to 1 ohm for best quality.
Question:	will this power a 4 ohm subwoofer at 2700 watts
Answer:	I am using this amp for 2 4000 watt subs. Might be a little strong for 1 2700 watt. I also have 2 1300 watt subs powered by a 1000 D class amp that sound great. If you're only using the one sub, I recommend a 2000-3000 watt amp. Take a look at the AC3000.1D. Should be plenty of power. AND, cheaper. Hope you're his helped.
