Answer:	Yes the EX8000 used as a wifi extender you have the option of having a guest network. You can use same SSID name as your main router or use a different SSID altogether. I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.

Answer:	If you mean an AT&T router signal, yes. If you mean cell tower signal, then no.

Answer:	there are 4 ports. I use multiple ones as this is the only system I can find that does not change the network name but once a year I also have one break and have to replace it or hard reset it myself.

Answer:	Actually height matters a lot. It depends on where you are trying to get a signal or send to. Especially with high gain antennas you stand a chance of shooting over the target area if its to high. Generally speaking the beamwidth gets smaller as you increase the antenna gain. so if its to high you can have a weak signal if it is something on the ground near the area under the antenna.

Answer:	It's more than you need. If it's for your laptop - I'd suggest a directional antenna that uses a USB cable to connect to your laptop. You can put in the window of your RV and it should work fine. Full disclaimer: I live in an RV, manage the parks wifi system, and I have a directional wifi antenna in a small window that allows me to connect to whatever park antenna I want to connect to (using NetSetMan - free download). I think mine is a CardKing.
