Answer:	It is universal fit, it should fit, but I never try dsc h300, so I can not be 100% sure.

Answer:	The camera only has 1 battery and is not replaceable. Battery only last 30 minutes and then you have to plug camera in, a really bad flaw. Buy one with a replaceable battery.
