There are two ways to fix this problem: 1) Use the bundled Documate software and Sharing Screen in ZOOM to get the correct image orientation, or 2) change the ZOOM video settings by unchecking "Mirror my video". Answer:	Yes, this doc cam works perfectly as a webcam, too. It has a good camera and microphone. One trick you should know to use it as a webcam: When you flip the camera head up to look at you, your face will appear upside-down on your screen. You can flip your image 180 degrees (right side up) by simultaneously pressing the "brighter" and "dimmer" light buttons. (These are the two buttons on the outer edges on top of the camera head). It works perfectly, looks and sounds great, and no special software needed! BUT I strongly recommend you obtain a regular webcam to show your face so you can continuously use the Inswan INS-1 as a doc cam to show your problem solving. It will be cumbersome to switch it back and forth while trying to teach!

Q:The device cannot be found.

A: It does not support macbook, pls note. If windows, pls try another computer to confirm it's the problem of camera or not. If try with 2 computers, works with one only , or not with both. you can return for replacement or refund. Don't worry. And connect the camera first before run the software.

Q:I've found if the document you're scanning has any sort of glosssiness to it then the lights reflect a "blind spot" off the document into the camera (reflected glare) causing part of the document to be unreadable, even with the lights at their lowest brightness.

A: Yes. With glossy paper You need to turn off the lights completely. Use different light sources angled from the sides or bright light environment is suggested.

Answer:	Yes. Our software, Visualizer, has a video recording function where you can make and save videos in full HD. There's even a mic on the camera itself that can record sound. To upload to Facebook or Youtube, all you'd need to do is simply import the file from your computer over to their platform. Question:	I need a document camera i can switch modes between the doc cam and my pc with sound to project announcements, videos, etc. which ipevo
Answer:	I'm sorry but I don't quite understand your question. Do you need a doc cam that can connect to your PC that can record sound and video? The VZ-R has a microphone that can record audio and our free software, Visualizer, can record video as well as scan documents, take pictures, etc. The VZ-R can also be directly connected to a TV or projector via HDMI for times when you just want a live stream for your audience.
