Answer:	1.Please make sure that you use a Class 10 or higher micro SD card, 8GB-64GB. The SD card should be formatted on the camera first before use. Answer:	For action camera A80, it needs one Class 10 or higher micro SD card, 8GB-64GB. We recommend Samsung U1 micro SDHC 32GB SD card. The SD card should be formatted on the camera first before use. If the card has not been formatted, there would be “Please insert the card” on the camera. 1.Just ignore that , and press power button three times to enter into Setup. 2.Find “Format” on the setup, press ok button and then choose OK to format the card. 3.To make sure it works, you could try to format it on one windows system PC first and then insert it on the camera. Answer:	I received mine from the factory refurbished. I took it to the local drone shop for some tips and to help me set it up for flight and a little training. He could not believe the price and the new condition of the drone. The only difference between the phantom 4 and the phantom 4 pro is that the pro 4 has two front position locator proximity cameras. The pro 4 is also almost 3 times as costly. I fly mine all the time, and have had no problems whatsoever, and if you put it in A mode you do not use those cameras anyway.

Question:	does the smart controller fit into the fly more bag? If not the DJI fly more bag is worthless
Answer:	No it does not fit. I ended up getting a separate bag to carry the Mavic and controller. The fly more bag is sitting in the corner.
Question:	Does it include the original controller or just include the smart one
Answer:	Just the smart one.
Question:	Is the smart controller the newest version
Answer:	I don't know if it's the newer version or not. All I can tell you is mine works like a charm. I NEVER have to configure my drone every time at all. I just turn on the controller and turn on the drone and I am ready to fly. I love this drone and my clients love the photos. I'm a real estate broker.
Question:	Are the two extra batteries originals
Answer:	Yes it basically includes the Mavic 2 Pro with the smart controller instead of the standard (use with your phone) one. Then it includes the fly more combo kit which has three batteries altogether (including the one battery that is with the drone) so, yes every battery that comes with this kit are all DJI genuine batteries for the Mavic 2 Pro.

No. Panorama photos can only be stitched and viewed when connected to the DJI Mimo app.

Question:	Can I use a Samsung note 9, or will there be a. Adaptor
Answer:	Yes. It is compatible with Samsung note 9. USB C adapter is included.
Question:	can i connect an lcd screen for better viewing
Answer:	I think not but you can connect your mobile phone and you'll have all the size of the screen of your phone, which is very helpful to film.
Question:	How is the audio quality (is it good for interviews) and does it have an external mic connector
Answer:	Actually i’ve found the audio surprisingly good for the size and this is due to the fact that the two mics are placed one in the bottom and one in the back facing you holding the camera, so both with no direct wind on them. If you want to interview someone you’ll need to have the back mic facing him which will be possible by turning the camera facing him ( you’ll need to connect the Osmo Pocket to your mobile phone to see what the camera will film as the small screen will now be on the other side, but that’s no big problen as you have the connector to the phone included in the box ). One important thing to know, though: in normal use with both the little screen and the mic facing you i’ve noticed that the mic can catch the sound of your breath. If it happens the BEST way to resolve the problem is to a wear a mask on your nose and mouth, the same kind like the anti pollutions masks,, those which envelop your mouth and nose. A lot of normal digital caneras have now often the same problem because they generally put the mic on the top, stupidly. It may sounds annoying say like this, but it’s no big problem to wear a mask if needed, The image quality is very very good and i recommand to film in 4K 60p, as movements are very smooth in this mode. HOWEVER as the camera does not have ND filter included i strongly recommend to buy a set of ND filters like the ones that are selling FREEWELL, to have a better balance of light when you’re filming, specially out of the « magic hours ». If not, the best, as always, is to film during the two hours after sunrise or before sunset when the light is softer and contrast not strong, but that’s a golden rule. So far i like my Osmo Pocket very much and was even pleasantly surprised with night filming - as long as it is not REALLY too dark as in this case you start to have noise in the image. If they can add a zoom function in the next one it will be perfect but even like this, with no zoom, i’ve cropped part of the image during editing to give the illusion of a zoom and the original 4K image definition is so good that you almost don’t see the difference with the part of the footage which was Okay, i think i’ve answered your question, and even more!
