Answer:	The Nest Cam (which fits in this case, sold separately) will send text and email alerts. You will have about a 10-15 second delay, it will give you an activity alert or a person alert. Highly recommend the Nest Cam.

Answer:	It is just held on with magnets. Opens easily
Question:	My image quality is degraded in the case and I have cleaned the case and the camera but it is still has a lot of distortion. Any ideas
Answer:	I have found that the camera gets to got in the enclosure and as it heats up it distorts the camera lens. Once it is off and cools down again you get a good picture until it get to got again. Try unplugging and letting totally cool down, if you have a good picture and then later it distorts this is probably your problem also. On the recording I can see and hear the lens when it distorts.
Question:	how is it powered
Answer:	So, it is kinda hard to explain, but the camera plugs into the inside of the clock and then the clock uses a USB cord for power into the wall.

Answer:	My cigar lighters/power ports on ford are always on so will hardwire into that and to an accessory On 12V + to a 3 way switch then to the HardWire Cable for this model so with 12V cut down to 5v into USB I will have choice of Always On/Always Off/ and On while Engine or key is on. BECAUSE....There are times for all three. Think About it. Best way to go. PS mine will be out of arms reach for power button in one configuration of two planned so a 3 way switch near me will work well. So hard wiring can tap into a dome lights power in rear.Also ordered a USB cell portable power for 10 bucks to Triple the battery on board cam for using away from car for a few hours.I would also avoid it pointed at sun setting/rising like every camera and think about your Sub Woofers forcing that G force detector to fill up files auto saved. Question:	Is there a way to turn off or down the display while driving
Answer:	There is a timeout setting in the device so that after a certain time of being on, the screen will blank out. I think I have it currently set at 3 minutes so after it turns on, you can see the display for 3 minutes, after which, the screen will just be black for the remainder of the time that it is on.

Big Sensor.

Ever wonder why camera in a smart phone does not perform well under low light? That is because of the small sensor size. Bigger sensors use more power, more costly and take up too much space, making it unsuitable as a smartphone part. Our cameras use 1/2.8", one of the biggest, sensor which allows low light capability and wide angle view and will focus more sharply on moving objects.

Glass, not Plastic.

A camera is as good as its lens. SCS cameras are made with quality double layered pinhole lens using glass elements, not plastic. It will provide clarity and good focus throughout the entire image. Cheap plastic lenses often cause distortion towards the edges of the video image. Smaller sensors are often equipped with lenses with bigger opening to compensate with its poor sensitivity in low light.

Wide Angle.

Bigger lens opening requires a bigger hole to see through making it less covert. Our lens has smaller opening with super conical shape that will provide a full view while being discretely hidden. On top of standard factory inspection, modules are tested again here in USA. Lenses are fine focused and Wi-Fi signal checked while being assembled into a covert housing.

How to connect to internet ?

Connect Camera wifi on phone wifi list. Camera signal will auto hide and will not show up again once connected. Discreet and hidden. If need show again, please reset cam.

Tips: Camera WiFi signal is only used for connecting camera to cam app on your phone, NO INTERNET. )

- When configured wifi - Please ignore the TIPS "Configuring Wifi failed", connect phone to home wifi that cam connected, back app to check playback page. Network delayed may cause network configuration issue

Wifi Disconnect? Offline? connect failed?

- A delay in network recovery, please wait for 5 minutes and it will resume connecting, can also click "Refresh" on app page to resume connecting. BUT keep recording automatically and saved videos.

- Support viewing live footage / remote viewing on your phone without SD card.

---NOTE--- Only compatibly with 2.4GHz wireless WiFi routers, not support 5GHz wireless frequency.

Other Points
