The Solar meter Model 8. 0 UVC Meter measures the UVC region from 246-262nm. To operate your Solar meter, aim the sensor window located on the top panel of the meter directly at a UV source. Press and hold the push-button switch on the face of the meter and read the results in µW/cm² on the LCD screen. For best results take note of the distance the reading was taken from the UV source in order to ensure repeatable results. The instructions contain a guideline on what length of sun exposure you could afford and what type of protection you would require at the different UV index values. But our guidance is general and cannot be specific to you, because people are different and are affected differently by the same UV Index. Our guideline is not approved by FDA, EPA, or by doctors, and you would need to use your own judgement. You will create your own criteria once you start using the UV Detector daily. You will become familiar with the different UV Index values on different days and times of the day, and associate them with your experience of exposure on those days and times, so that the next time you measure the same UV Index you know how to behave. Your own criteria may coincide with our guidance or may differ. Answer:	With out knowing the details of your Qsee system, my guess would be either your Qsee unit does not support 1080P or maybe each mfg uses different signals to transmit the picture. I know a 720P system will not support 1080P or higher resolution cameras.

Troubleshooting

• Question: Video Loss appears where the image from my camera should be displaying on my DVR?
• Answer:

1. Check the extension cable (power and video) is securely connected to the camera.
2. Check the video output from the camera is securely connected to a video input channel on the DVR.
3. Check the power from the camera is securely connected to a power supply.
4. If the camera mode do not match your DVR, there is 2 ways to setup : Press OSD Joystick “DOWN” 5 seconds,if still no picture come, try to press “LEFT” “RIGHT””UP” for 5 second, till the signal matching your DVR. Make sure the signal of your DVR, Use OSD Joystick to change the mode of the camera according to your DVRs video Mode.
