So you have two modes of night vision as well as the normal daytime color vision. 2 modes of night vision (b&w) with and WITHOUT IR illumination depending on how you set it to operate. |

As for me personally I used many different units from different manufactures and to me if I get a failure like you are reporting I would write a review and toss the unit out. Now just for clearity I do have high end units on my system well above the 1k price and a lot in the in the mid-range $300-$600 - but I like to try the lower end units for quick setups for testing or short term setups. |

The device that is needed has not been supplied in the box already from this manufacturer. So you have to write the Co. by an outside channel that is not in the Amazon secure messaging system. (See that same email address posted in the answers here). Seems wrong on Two counts So Far ! 1st count for advertising in the features of 2-way audio that end up appearing viable to it's off the shelf value. Only then finding out the cameras audio part really boils down to an optional choice as being available, but mainly it's supported by some external hardware add-on. Not completely supported as the case where (audio hardware would be built in) the cameras body. 2nd count is that an amazon marketplace vender would try deviating on amazons policy for buyer - seller messages. In that, Amazon.com uses filtering technology to protect buyers and sellers from possible fraud. Messages that fail this filtering will not be transmitted. |

SoulLife Outdoor Security Camera for Home Safety
Operation:
1.Download APP - Tips 1: Scan QR code. Tips 2: Search “icsee” in the App Store or Search “icsee pro” in the Google Play and download.
2. Power on - Install the TF card first, then connect the camera to the power outlet.
3. Camera configuration - Wireless network configuration and Wired network configuration are optional. Follow the User's Guide to install the IP camera easily.
If you cannot connect the camera to the network, the below reasons might cause the problem:
- This is a wireless IP camera, if the camera is too far from the router, the WIFI signal will be reduced by walls, and weak wifi signal might cause an unstable connection to the internet. The WIFI connected to the camera must have a signal value greater than 50%.
- WIFI's name must be English and can not contain special characters. The camera only works with 2.4GHz wifi, NOT support 5GHz
- The camera needs to be restored to the factory setting.
Conditions of use:
1. WIFI is in 2.4GHz network ( 5GHz network is not supported );
2. WIFI signal ≥ 3 cells (at installation location), you can test it by your mobile.

Setting
Reset your Password in Setting.
1. Press Account management
2. Select admin and modify it.
3. Set your new password.
Add Device
Add all the camera devices you have.
1. Press device manage.
2. Choose All in Detect protocol at Lower right.
3. Choose all the camera IP you have in lower left and press add batch.
4. Finally to press OK.
Live Video
You can add 36 devices once-time and see in Live.
