| Answer: | They're all too expensive IMO. I just use the trash bags from Dollar Tree. I tie a knot in the bottom of the bag and then put a lot of pine pellets (also used for kitty litter). Cheapest place to buy is at a feed store. $8-10 for a 40 lb bag. I only use for #1 (haven't had an emergency yet). No smell. The pellets turn into sawdust when wet. The downside is that these bags aren't a perfect fit but I use binder clips to keep them in place. (I had a very bad experience with the environmentally friendly PETT porta potty Wag Bags. I had bought a box of something like 2 dozen and the bags disintegrated before I had a chance to use them! My occasional use of plastic bags is microscopic compared to the number of disposable diapers in our landfills.) |
