Answer:	This wireless security camera system is plug and play , no need internet , and they will paired automatically . But ,if you need to use your phone to remote view the video , it need to connect the NVR to the internet ,then you can view it anytime anywhere .
Question:	What is the viewing angle on cameras? 100 degrees? Less
Answer:	This security camera's viewing angle is 60 degrees . This is outdoor security camera , if up to 100 degrees , it may shorten the viewing distance . So degress is about 60-70 degrees ,it may view longer distance and clearer.
Question:	How far from the NVR can the camera be
Answer:	It depends on your wifi range and the obstructions like walls the signal has to go through . Usually in a open area , the camears can be mounted about 300ft far from the NVR .

Answer:	We do ship the new Blink Indoor camera with a mount and mounting hardware screws however they would also fit the XT and XT2 mounts as well. The Blink Indoor and The Blink Outdoor cameras are the same dimensions as the Blink XT2 camera, 71 x 71 x 34 mm
Question:	Can you replace the battery after it dies
Answer:	The battery-operated Blink cameras are shipped with two non-rechargeable AA 1.5v Lithium batteries and they’re easy to replace when the time comes. Blink camera batteries should be replaced by Energizer Ultimate 1.5v Lithium AA batteries or the equivalent.
Question:	I have an original blink module. are the new cameras compatible with it or do i need a module
Answer:	Yes, The Blink Indoor and Outdoor cameras can be added to your existing Blink System. Plus, if adding Blink Indoor and Outdoor cameras to an existing Blink system that has been activated on or before 4/15/20, you will be grandfathered into your current free cloud storage model in the Blink app. Systems activated after 4/15/20 will receive motion alerts and be able to enter Live View for free, with the option to access video recordings in the Blink app through a cloud storage subscription. Local Storage options are available with the Sync Module 2 and a removable USB storage drive.
Question:	Has blink removed the awful feature that limits the " live view" option to 30 seconds? there should be no limit. it stops many from buying blink
Answer:	There is a limit to the continuous live viewing on the Blink cameras. Currently, you are able to view up to 5 minutes at a time in 30 second intervals. After 5 minutes you would have to initiate a new live view session. We do not have any news to share regarding continuous live viewing on the Blink cameras. However, we value your feedback and will forward this information to the appropriate team at Blink.

The "built-in wifi" means the wifi in the NVR and the camera, the camera image is transmitted to the NVR through the "built-in wifi" without any video cable between them. The NVR system is connected to the router via a network cable, not via WiFi, you can remote access via phone and pc. Question:	will my using the new sync module with the new outdoor camera and my existing cameras still grandfather me on my storage or use the old one
Answer:	The sync module 2 will still function like a traditional sync module, compatible with all generations of Blink cameras, however, only Blink Indoor and Outdoor and Blink Mini cameras will be compatible with local storage functionality. All other generations of cameras (indoor, XT and XT2) will be cloud based if/when they are added to the SM2. All existing customers who have an account created on or before 4/15/2020 will receive free cloud storage on all devices added to their account going forward, including Mini, and Blink Indoor and Outdoor.
Question:	Will this connect to my existing blink (last generation) system
Answer:	Yes, the New Blink Outdoor camera can be added to your existing Blink System.
Question:	How fast do they begin recording after motion? My arlo cameras continually miss cars coming in the driveway
Answer:	The recording starts immediately upon motion sensing. The *Early Notification* Beta setting alerts you within 5 seconds of motion detection, and you can access the Live View from your phone and choose whether you'd like to keep the live view clip. The live view clip then saves for as long as you'd like to continuously watch (which you'll be prompted to do), otherwise, you'll recorded clip will only be as long as you sell it to be(upto 60 seconds) with a cool down of 10seconds between clips with motion. Also, you can toggle whether you want it to stop recording 2seconds after motion end, or allow it to always record for the triggered clip length. I purchased mine mid- December 2020, and it works amazingly.
Question:	How are these different than my Blink XT2 cameras
Answer:	I just spoke with a Blink representative on the phone, he informed me that if you have a blink account activated before 4/15/20 using the older cameras (i.e. XT2), if you purchase the new cameras, they can be added to your existing system and they will be able to utilize the free cloud storage since the account is grandfathered in. The cloud storage paid plan is only for accounts made after 4/15/20.
