I have a SeaTalkng backbone on the boat and I believe this device has that connector and not NEMA 2000 (put in so many Raymarine electronics this year I am forgetting which is which). You will need to buy the SeaTalkng starter kit if you do not already have a backbone though (and the Axiom does need a NEMA 2000 to SeaTalkng cable). Once connected and powered however it works wonders. I have an Axiom 9 that would lose GPS info constantly. Added this, an Axiom 7 and some other stuff and everything has solid GPS all the time now. |
