Answer:	The base mount rotates 360 degrees, the arm swivels about 200 degrees and the camera itself rotates 360 degrees on the end of the arm. Plenty of adjustment. If your going to buy a camera system for Long-term use, I would pass on this set. My first camera when static after 2 months, the second (out of 4) did the same thing a month later. Answer:	It is going to vary, but you need a dvr-5580 4K capable dvr. If you have that dvr, then you likely already have capable cables.
Question:	If the 4k dome and the 4k msd are the same, why is there a $20.00 difference? Does one have better parts
Answer:	It's hard to tell without exact model numbers. The $20 difference could be due to one of them having better thermal detection capability which tends to reduce false positives.
