Answer:	This is an add on to the Uniden Guardian system, however I have a Foscam FR4020A2 that is a viewing camera only (can be viewed through phone or PC). It works very well - I purchased it on Amazon about a year ago.

Answer:	I have not used the Vision in the field but a friend of mine did and said he could see a long way. I have only used it in my neighborhood and I could see all the way to the end of my block (long block). I would think you could see out to 100-200 yards. My friend was very impressed.

Answer:	You can put these cameras outdoor, in fact I have two of them installed outside my house and no problems about it but you may consider this lens cannot go deep in image, I mean you should only be able to see clearly up to 15 meters and no more so if you need to see clear to more distance or recognize license plates you should use another kind of cameras such 12mm lens with more infrared lens and light compensation.
