Question:	can the cameras be set up with dinamic IP address
Answer:	I've been waiting 12 months for a forum tech support feed with detailed step by step trouble shooting regarding IP connection issues. My NVR has never connected typ my Arris 2.4ghz wifi router so I have never been able to use the NVR. ZMODO tech support only replies once a week and the reply is never technical. It is like advice from a 10 yearold. Worst tech support ever! I'm a trained windows tech with an advanced understanding of networking and I can not figure out why they are not communicating. I detail this frustrating journey on a tech blog at FreeHelpingHands.wordpress Maybe someone reading this will finally post some helpful trouble shooting advice.

Answer:	Audio not available on theses, Since it is WI-Fi and cloud based you can add as man y as you would like its just a matter of how much cloud space you want to pay for. I suggest you spend a little more and get a system with a DVR and you can store and keep what you want. Cloud service makes you hostage to the owner, you don't pay you can't retrieve.., I also think there could be some privacy issues (who can see what's being recorded and stored?) I did purchase these and wish I had not.
Question:	Any suggestions on plugging them in for outside use
Answer:	The system is rated IP67, but surprisingly recommends that you 'waterproof' the junction where the power supply connects to the camera. I installed our cameras under an eave, and put the power supply where water might touch it, but not soak it. I wrapped the connection in a decent tape. I've had one of these outside, unsheltered for about three months. The power supply looks 'potted', that is well sealed.
Question:	how do you charge them and how long last the charge
Answer:	I have these and the internal ones, too. They work great. These cameras ARE wireless. Wireless is an industry term referring to a network connection or radio transmission. It has nothing to do with power supply. wire·less wī(ə)rləs/Submit adjective 1.using radio, microwaves, etc. (as opposed to wires or cables) to transmit signals. "wireless broadband" noun 1.broadcasting, computer networking, or other communication using radio signals, microwaves, etc. You will still need 115VA-120VA power within the 6 ft to supply the 5V/1A power block or an extension if further away. If you are looking for a wire-free camera you will need something like an ARLO system. They work great but you will have to replace batteries based on the activity in the area being recorded. Some of mine would last 2 months, but most lasted about 2 weeks. The batteries are expensive. I tried the rechargeables, but they do not last as long. Arlo cameras a great for remote locations.

Answer:	The short answer is yes. The long answer is Pyle offers their own app which is available from the play store for free. If for some reason you don't like the Pyle app you can use a 3rd party app such as IP can pro, but you'll have to configure your cameras by hand. Also you can connect these cameras to ivideon and use their app.
Question:	how long is the power supply
Answer:	Pylecam5 plugs into the wall. Although Wireless, it needs a power source. There is no battery.
Question:	I want to mount this outside in an area that will occasionally get damp. It will be mounted under a roof eve. What level of waterproof is this camera
Answer:	I use three of them outside under a roof, four years already, they work. One of them disconnect constantly..sad! nothing to do with being outside, , firmware update gone wrong....
Question:	Is there a way to have the photos triggered by motion sent to the "photos & videos" folder on the app instead of your email
Answer:	Hi Kelley,Unfortunately that is not a supported feature for the product. Motion detection is able to save photos and videos for other models that have the SD slot. You can manually trigger local recording to the phone's camera roll. You can also set the camera up with 3rd party cloud recording services like iVideon which would allow you to record video to the cloud and save it to your mobile through their app. Thanks!

Updated SD Card Installation

Please remove the black protective cover to find the screw holes when you mount the outdoor camera.

The security camera allows you to adjust the direction manually by loosening the screws on the mounting base. Adjustable 90° in the vertical direction, 360° in Horizontal, and you can rotate the camera body 360°by loosening another screw on the WiFi camera.

Encrypted Video

All recorded videos are in H.264 format, please download special player to play and convert these videos. You can play these videos on CamHi app and our PC Client directly. If you need to download and convert these videos to your PC, please download HiPlayer and converter from SV3C website. CamHi app supports you to download and convert videos directly on CamHi app.

Multi Software Compatible

Answer:	There is removal instructions provided within the instruction manual, but if I remember correctly it says you can use floss or fishing line to remove from cabinet and any remaining adhesive can be rolled off by hand.
Question:	Can you turn off the IR sensor? I have well lit porch and night sensor mode all washed out
Answer:	You can carefully slide dental floss behind the adhesive to release it. You can wipe off any residue with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water. Or you can roll it off with your finger.
