Answer:	you shouldn't have to. the holes supplied in the angel mount, are not the same as the ring mount, however did not have to drill new holes.

Answer:	Depends on your TV or your setup. It will work with Alexa. You have to enable the Ring skill and link your Ring Account. Easiest to do on the web at alexa.amazon.com. Then you can use the Firestick or Fire TV. Then you can say 'Alexa, show my Floodlight Cam' or whatever you call it. Current Samsung TV's detect it too but you may have to go the the Samsung SmartThings hub to enable it.
Question:	Every video/review I have read shows the camera pointed straight ahead. There doesn't appear to be much left/right adjustment. How much
Answer:	Ours actually had a good amount. When it comes out the box, it is straight. But where we mounted it, we wanted it angled to the left. I would say that we had probably 30 degrees? Plus you are able to adjust the zone that it responds to.

Answer:	Simple answer is No or not easily. Ring will not fix or replace the bulb...Oh if you buy the extended warranty and they send you a whole new unit...What a waste!!! Or without the ExWar, you have to buy a new one to replace it so have to spend another $160 plus tax (they will give you a $100 discount to get a new one) for at max a $25-$30 bulb replacement! Answer:	Hello, You can follow the below installation instructions: Step 1: Remove old filter cartridge by grasping and turning to the left about 1/4 turn Step 2: Remove the protective foil from the end of the new filter. Fill the replacement filter with a little water from the tap to allow for better flow immediately after installation. Step 3: Place the top of the new cartridge up inside the cartridge holder. Slowly turn the filter to right until the filter cartridge stops. Do not over tighten. As you turn the cartridge it will automatically raise itself into position. The cartridge will move about 1/4 turn.

Your camera can detect movement of a person up to 32ft / 10m from the camera when on the highest True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings. More intense heat sources (e.g. vehicles) may detect a little further away and less intense heat sources (e.g. pets/small animals) may need to be a little closer before they are detected. The range/sensitivity of the motion sensor can be adjusted via the True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings bar in the app. Please let us know how we may further assist you, Thank you. Setting Up Your Camera With YI Home App

1.Install YI Home App and create a YI Home Account

2.Turn your camera on and select the '+' icon in YI Home App to add your camera

3.Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your Wi-Fi password, then select Connect to Wi-Fi

4.Scan the QR Code shown on the app, then select Next once the QR Code has scanned

5.Select Save, then select Start using to finish pairing

6.If connection failed, please push the Reset button and try again



WiFi Settings

1.YI Home cameras will need to connect to a 2.4GHz band network. 5GHz WiFi band is not supported

Answer:	NO,There is only one battery in the product, there is no battery that can be replaced.And the pathway light use three 1800 mAh rechargeable batteries, charging is fast and can work for a long time.
Question:	what does the service cost
Answer:	If you buy the new Hue bridge and want to transfer your lights from the old bridge, I recommend that you first update the firmware on the old bridge and make sure you are running the latest Philips Hue app. I was successful transferring my Philips 610 lumen (color) Hue and 750 lumen (white) Lux bulbs. Once the updates are complete, turn on all your Hue bulbs and hook up the new bridge next to the old bridge. Don't disconnect the old bridge yet. Go to the Hue app and select "Settings>My Bridge>Bridge to Bridge Transfer". Your lights will be transferred automatically when the on-screen instructions are carefully followed. The exact wording in the app may be slightly different, just look for the "Bridge to Bridge Transfer". Once the transfer was completed, I updated the firmware on the new bridge to the latest version and disconnected the old bridge. I can now use Siri to control all the Hue bulbs. A manual bulb-transfer is possible, but the procedure is a lot more complex.
Question:	What is the 10ft cable for? Do I need a landline to set it up or does it use wifi
Answer:	They connect through the bridge, so the bridge has to be in range of the lights. I have my bridge in my upstairs man cave with hue lights in there and also outside on my front upstairs and downstairs porch and they work fine. The max distance to the furthest hue light is about 50 feet through several interior and one stucco exterior wall.
