Answer:	If you go to your routers home page you can rename the 2.4ghz band so you can connect the camera and your phone to it. Without renaming the 2.4 your camera will automatically connect to the 5ghz channel and the camera doesn't support 5ghz.

Answer:	Yes, they will work. I purchased 2 and they are both working. You can only view 1 camera at a time when on the app. I hope this helps.

1. Make sure your WiFi meets the following Network requirements

• The WiFi for the camera should be 2.4Ghz band.
• The 2.4Ghz WiFi name and password should preferably not contain special characters.
• The 2.4Ghz WiFi should be visible so that the camera could find it.

2. Download the Specified App and sign up for free.

• Scan the QR code on the User Manual to download the specified App.You can also search 360Eye S in Google Play or App Store to download it.
• Open the App. Click “Sign Up”. Register with an Email address and set the password. Don’t forget to agree to the agreement.

3. Turn on the camera and make it ready.

• Put the camera close to the WiFi router.
• Turn on the camera. The red indicator on the camera will light up. Wait until it blinks and makes intermittent beeps.
• If the indicator still does not blink after 1 minute, please reset the camera.

4. Follow the instructions to connect it to your 2.4Ghz WiFi.

• Connect your phone to the 2.4Ghz WiFi. Open the App. Click “+” on the top right. Choose “Smart wireless mode” and “Next”. Enter the WiFi password.
• Get your phone close to the camera. After hearing beeps, please tap [next] and wait until the Green light blinks accompany with the voice “Camera ready”.
