Last month the camera stopped again with a focus issue, I sent it in for warranty service again and this time was told the camera would not be fixed because it was damaged. The ring had a slight spot where it was hit about 6 month ago but no more than wear and tear. Panasonic declined to honor their Warranty, so if you use a camera a lot and put it in your pocket I would not recommend a Panasonic camera. |

| Answer: | Yes mine was stiff too and i was afraid of breaking it but then i put vaseline with a q tip on the ball where it is stuck and then tried hard and it moved and then i continously moved it for few seconds so vasline goes inside and then wipe the excess vaseline so it doesnt ruin anything else and now it works like a charm :) |
