Answer:	HDMI out yes good pic. If you start to record it turns off hdmi out and av out.

Answer:	No. It should. Also the playback sound is not that good. I tried watching the ones I recorded and I turned the volume to the max. Can't barely hear it. But I still have to watch it on the big screen and see how's the sound like. The picture quality though is good and the zoom is really nice, and if you have a shaky hand, the stabilizer works pretty well.

Answer:	The legs are nit individually adjustable. They lock into place together and height is adjustable but three are connected and live up / down together. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Not sure exact weight. I mounted a video camera on it no problem. It is pretty sturdy and if the gimbal were not overly cumbersome - I don't see it would be an issue
Question:	Is there a way to swivel it to follow the ball at a soccer game
Answer:	I bought mine specifically to film soccer games. The trypod stand is excelent quality yet no made for smooth swivel. What I did is I bought a Zifon YT-3000 remote control panoramic electric pan tilt device that I attach to the top of the tripod. It works great. I control pan and tilt remotely and I use the video cameras wireless remote to control zoom. I installed a 25ft HDMI cable from the camera to a small video screen I attached to the tripod. I spent about $1,000 for everything.
