Answer:	There is no way to monitor the battery level. It takes 8 AA batteries. I use rechargeable batteries, put in a freshly-charged set before each photo shoot, always have a second set with me in case I need them, but have never needed to replace them during a 2-3 hour shoot.

Answer:	The battery pack when in its case can slide onto a belt. The accordion cord stretches so it easily reaches the camera when the pack is worn on a belt. It is designed to work that way. The answer to the contrary is incorrect.

Answer:	The monocular itself is wonderful. It's simple to use and has great magnification. The brace that holds the phone is not great. Since the lenses on the iPhone are not centered, it makes it difficult to manipulate everything. I have an iPhone X, so I don't know about the multiple optic ports.

Answer:	There is nothing electronic about this monocular. The adapter is a phone holder.

Answer:	The farthest star we can see with our naked eye is V762 Cas in Cassiopeia at 16,308 light-years away. Its brightness is magnitude 5.8 or just above the 6th magnitude limit. Thus the monocular can see slightly farther than that.
Question:	Does it work with iPhone 7plus
Answer:	Really, it's neither...probably about 8X. That works pretty well with this unit because 10X and above is very difficult to hold still by hand. A tripod could work with this unit but use your phone/camera timer. The magnification is NOT adjustable...there is no 'zoom' feature.

Question:	When I connect the camera to my computer, there is no light indicating if its on/off. Also, camera doesn't auto set up software once plugged in. Help
Answer:	You should be able to plug it in to the USB port on your computer/laptop and set it as default USB camera in your settings. There is no software. Just plug and use. Simple. And it will show a red light that its working. And a green light next to it indicating it is being used once as a default.

Answer:	You would have to have an application on her laptop to be able to stream the footage from the camera to your phone; since this is just a Webcam. If you're using it as a security camera type of thing, it will easily link up with whatever program you are using.
