Answer:	The TAD27A most certainly does come with set of spikes. It also comes with a carry bag, strap for the bag, a 9/16 wrench to tighten the spikes or reverse the 3/8-16 x 1/4-20 mounting stud. The thinnest legs in the bottom section are 2 1/2 inches. 4. Legs together but fully extended and center tub down, its 61 1/2 inches to the mounting plate. With the center tube extended its 69 1/2 inches. 5. Tripod open, all legs at max reach, you have 56 1/4 inches to the mount plate with the center tube down, and 64 1/4 inches with the center tube up. 6.
