Answer:	What you see is what you get! No special mounts received.
Question:	Is this a sturdy mount? I fear plastic due to past experiences with my GoPro
Answer:	As long as your camera case is screwed in tightly, then yes. I have been bike touring for two months now, and the mount all by itself is never going anywhere. (The little black adapter that connects the camera case to mount though, WILL come loose. For me, it happened twice over the course of four weeks of riding 6-8 hours per day. I recommend simply attaching the black piece to the case whenever not in use, rather than having it attached to the mount.) When I do have the camera in use on the mount, I check to make sure it's tightly secure about every two hours. Never in my experience has it loosened of its own accord, but maybe I'm slightly more neurotic than most :-)

Answer:	First, I don't have the exact one shown in this picture. Mine has the lockingarm attached to the clamp, not the flex arm shown here. BUT... once it's clamped, it's firm. You might be able to add a swivel head. I have a gorillapod ball head that would probably work. Might be a bit large, but I'll bet there are other similar heads that would attach.

I used it in the car, going fairly slow, and it vibrated quite a bit. But for any stationary (ery?) mount, it's very nice.
