Answer:	BEWARE! In order to email a photo to the frame, a person must sign up for a Nixplay account. You don't have to use the app, but you do have to set up a personal Nixplay account to be able to email a photo to the frame. What that means is that my extended family (over 100 people) will all have to become registered users of the Nixplay system in order to send photos to my 100 year old grandmother. I wasn't able to find this out until after I bought one and attempted to set it up. I'm returning it in favor of the Skylight frame, which does allow emails from non-account holders.

We bought this for my grandparents because I have cousins in CA, ME, and OH plus an uncle in the Philippines and a brother in Germany, and they love getting photos from everyone! You can’t see what photos you’ve sent via the app, though, so I personally recommend using email so you can check your Sent folder for what you’ve previously sent. The person who has the frame just has to approve new email addresses (a one-time thing for each email), which gives you peace of mind knowing random strangers can’t accidentally send photos.

Question:	Does a apple iPhone work with this app and frame
Answer:	Yes absolutely! The Aura app supports the following iOS devices: iPhone 4S and above, iPad 3rd Generation and above, iPod Touch 5th Generation and above. Aura will only work if you have an Apple device that runs iOS 11+ or higher.
Question:	Is there a limit on the number of people that can access the app to send pictures to the frame
Answer:	Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. There is no limit to the number of members you can invite to join your frame. There is also no limit to the number of photos you can add to the frame with $0 cost.
Question:	My brother is disabled and can’t use his hands. Can I turn the screen and on remotely via my phone/app
Answer:	Hi Shara, You can remotely control the frame timer and set - or change - the times at which you want the Aura frame to turn on or off. Our frame range also offers an auto timer that uses the light conditions in the room to automatically turn on in the morning and off in the evening. Question:	Can the frame travel and change wifi
Answer:	Yes, the frame can be moved from location to location and you can connect it to a new wifi network at the new location. If you bring it back to the old location it will remember the wifi password and automatically reconnect.
Question:	Can you export pictures from the frame? does it support usb
Answer:	No. The ports don't do anything. They have an annual subscription that allows you to export the photos. Or you can request people cc your normal email, which is what I do.
Question:	Is there a blocking feature for specific emails? ( example: family member starts spamming frame. Sending too many photos on a regular basis
Answer:	Yes, you can set it so you have to approve before it is loaded on the frame.

Answer:	It must be the original mush although I have only tried the mush II. The mush II is more narrow than most.
Question:	Will this work with European voltage (230) as well? (I understand it would need the plug converter
Answer:	I normally wear a 7 1/2, but they only had full sizes available, so I ordered an 8. They fit comfortably, but there is not a lot of extra room in them. I haven't worn them a lot, and it is possible they will loosen up a bit with use, but I would definitely say they run a little smaller than size.

You need to download the free App ”Frameo” from Google Play or App Store. Then open it, and create a unique name.

2. Enter the code generated by F20A
