Answer:	I haven’t had any problems with any units overheating in these units. When installing in residential installations I’ve had complaints with the ambient noise.
Question:	I cannot fine the actual lock on my unit. How do I get that or purchase one to go with this box
Answer:	The lock should be visible like on the picture. The key however is zip tied to the side of the box inside. You need to use a Phillip's head screw driver and remove the screws holding the top down, you wont need to replace them as the lock will hold it all together when you lock it. Now, after removing the screws open the front door and pull the top lid up, it will be stiff as the box is pretty tight. If your box has a fan you will also need to connect it. Also you will need to remove a knock out or two at the rear to run wires into the box.

If you are uncertain the effect of the low temperature ironing, would suggest that you try it with a small corner of the backdrop first before doing so on the whole backdrop so that would minimize the chance of the whole backdrop being affected if something goes wrong. Question:	I ordered a set. It shows that I have power on my camera but my video goes out right away. Is this a common problem
Answer:	I had a problem with no video at all. I tried another roll of wire and it worked, but video quality was poor. I took apart the first cable and found that on one end the wires make a connection. One of the wires was not soldered to the the other side of connection. I had bought these before but the color was white and they worked. I now have to look for another supplier. I would send these back and try a higher quality cable.

Question:	will this hold cameras other than iphone or mobile phones? Point and shoot size? DSLR
Answer:	No cable, no instructions, no bracket of any sort. All I got was the camera....that's literally it. It also uses an older USB cable to charge so I had to go digging around to find one.
